Hi, my mop is leaking all over the floor and the small silicon stopper is loose and I don’t know where it goes, I have wasted 2 bottles of Koh using this mop

This happened to me too. The silicone stopper can come off when removing and refitting the bottle. The bottle hole lines up with the middle "nozzle". The silicone stopper (breather valve) goes over the slightly larger "nozzle" next to that. It is hard work getting it back on, you'll need long nose pliers, maybe some tweezers and a gentle approach with a lot of patience when putting it back on. It didn't take me long, maybe 5 mins. Good Luck!

I have recently bought Koh and this is the second time I am using it. My Koh spray mop is leaking. I thought it was the bottle that was leaking but the bottle is fine. When I insert the bottle into the spray mop, the cleaner starts dripping out from inside the mop. Has anyone has this problem before?

Yes I have only had the product 7days love the product but my first mop bottle had a hole in it, the team at Koh replaced it no trouble, put in the new bottle in today and the mop is pouring product all over the floor. So I have pulled it apart and noticed the little silicone stopper is out and I have no idea where it should go. I am very frustrated as I have wasted product and referred two other people. I am hoping it is only a one-off kind of thing

Hi any tips on how i could use KOH to clean high outside windows? just did all the ones i could reach the other day and they came up amazing and look as good as new. Our house is over 30 years old and i cant believe how clean the windows and screens are now but there are so many that are too high for me to clean the usual way with KOH.

Hi there I just recieved my Koh Bundle today (WA) and the spray bottle stopped working after a few minutes. I went online and followed tips to remove straw and soak head in warm water and also to clean out bottle and blow to pop out the end. Its 100% faulty. Can a Koh Rep reach out to me please? Did you manage to open it? Mine was quite difficult. You need to press down on the lid and twist, fill it up and then replace lid and press down and twist anti-clockwise to close. Otherwise you could use any spray bottle until you contact Koh for a replacement.

Julie, I must say my mirrors have never sparkled so much since using koh products. Maybe you are using too much spray, I always use 2 koh cloths 1st I use the smooth side to wipe over and then polish it with the other one on the side which has a self strip. Hope this helps and good luck. Maureen

I agree with Maureen, my mirrors have never looked so clean until I tried Koh on them. I found the white Koh cloth is the absolute best to get mirrors to shine. Best to finish with the white one, as it clears any smears and film too.
