how do I replace the silcone cap on the mop
My Koh mop leaks all over floor. Bottle does not leak on its own, only when attached to handle. How can I stop this from happening. Only used mop twice because of wasting so much cleaning product.

Read morelost. If you find it i suggest this technique to fix it. Find a pen or something similar that you can stick the grommet into so you can reach down inside to push it back onto the little plastic spigot it came of.. ALSO put a tiny smear of super glue inside the bottom of it as well to prevent it falling off... because it will constantly fall off otherwise
I purchased my koh mop a a few years ago.. got sick put it in the cupboard and forgot about it..
Cleaned the cupboard and found it still brand new in the box..
When putting it together the handle won't click in to each other..
Is there anything I can do to keep the handles together..

Read more Usually if you submerge the plate in warm water, it will expand enough to allow the pole to click back into place. If this doesn't work, please let me know and I will investigate further.

I purchased the Koh cleaning mop. It has been wonderful but suddenly the liquid in the bottle attached all went on the floor in one go. Is there anything one can do. Something is wrong - may be something has broken inside. So disappointed as this is a great time and work saving device.

I was told that this tiny silicone plug that’s in the mop where you insert the bottle dislodges and the cleaning fluid pours out of the mop.

my mop has started leaking badly, I notice that there is a little clear rubber stopper in the well where the bottle goes - I've tried attaching it to all of the nozzles but the leaking continues - from what I read this a common problem for the mop - do you have any advice? thanks
Hello I did receive a reply and I used tweezers to put the little clear cap over the smaller nipple in the well and that has fixed the leak. Hopefully you still have the little cap :)

Dear KOH, please advise how to stop bottle leaking? This is the 2nd Koh mop e have bought, and they both have the same leaking issue. Please advise.
Mine has just started leaking badly too and when we pulled it apart the tube has split just below the green part where the bottle sits into as well going to let Koh know as they are usually super good at replacing
My spray bottles do not last very long. They spray well but after use they seem to get harder to use. Pump handle gets very tight and then won’t spray at all
I bought a Koh package about a year ago and have only used the mop three times. Each time I have tried the solution just keeps dripping from the bottle until all the solution is gone. As soon as I give a spray the liquid keeps seeping from the holder. I did think perhaps I was not inserting it properly. My sister who also has a Koh tried the mop and had the same result. Hers does not leak like mine. Do you have a solution for me?
