July 23rd 2017 Update: Very Happy Customer

It has been over one Month, and this is the Best mattress I have purchased, I was concerned about the price but it was well worth every cent. Very comfortable, and no pain at all for sleeping in, and was able to sleep very quickly, no tossing and turning.

At last I have found a mattress that truly supports my spine and provides a comfortable, restful night's sleep without constant waking due to pain. I have fibromyalgia and experience widespread pain most days but since I have slept in my Latex Mattress Australia Pure Support mattress, I wake up feeling more refreshed and have more energy during the day. I was impressed with the manager of the New farm store too, who was very helpful with the choice of different mattresses. In short, I couldn't be happier with my mattress!

After several years of thinking about it, finally we went for it and ordered a pure latex mattress plus pillow from Latex Mattress Australia. The staff were most courteous and professional. It was delivered on time. After the first night my partner remarked how wonderful she had slept and her back pains practically vanishing. What came to mind we had reached sleep Nirvana!

Really enjoying our new Pure Support mattress. Got it about 2 months ago and have slept really well since. Noticed how pressure points are greatly reduced compared to the quality spring mattress that we had. Jo and the team did a fantastic job answering all my questions and really know their product. They took the time to ask questions so that we got the right firmness and style for us and were miles ahead in service compared to others we looked at. Were in Melbourne so we had to ship it from QLD but that wasn't a problem with the option to pick up at the depot saving a lot on local delivery. I would recommend this type of mattress and definitely recommend Jo and the team at Latex Mattress Australia.

We initially found it really difficult to separate fact from marketing talk.

We experienced soreness from our previous 'firm' latex mattress, and sleepless nights due to heat. We like the idea of latex being a natural product, but most latex mattresses contain 'man made' additives. We didn't want another expensive mattress we didn't like, so it was really hard to decide.

But our new medium queen mattress has been uneventful, which is great! No soreness and it doesn't seem as hot, even in Brisbane summer.

If you can afford it I would choose the Pure Comfort mattress, since it's a bit thicker. I am 84kg and if I sit down heavily on my bed I sometimes feel the bed base through the mattress. Other than that, pretty happy.

We were pretty nervous about making such an investment in a mattress, but this bad boy has delivered! We've had epic sleeps ever since we lugged the 50 kg pure support up our stairs, and would recommend to anyone who wants a great bed, and to support a local business doing great things.

We absolutely love our new mattress. I was reluctant to give away my old mattress but have no regrets! The vendor has been very kind and patient with all our questions and us returning several times to the shop, and the owner himself called to alert us on sales. Great expertise and advise. When we got our mattress and mattress cover home, we instantly loved it. It is like laying down on a cloud, it feels relaxing and protective. 100% recommend it.

My Pure Support mattress promotes excellent sleep without nasty chemicals. I am sleeping much better knowing am getting both a good quality of sleep on a natural surface & am properly supported. I would not hesitate to purchase another Latex Australia mattress.

We bought our Pure Support mattress in October 2016 so we've now had four months to test it and confirm that yes, it's the most comfortable mattress we've ever had! Actually we decided that after the first night we slept on it. We'd made a day trip from Canberra to visit several shops specialising in latex mattresses in Sydney. We've always bought good quality latex mattresses in the past but when we tried the Pure Support mattress we realised that it was much better quality and so much more supportive than the others and at the end of the day we drove home with our new Pure Support mattress in the back of the car. We knew that night we'd made the right choice!

Bought this mattress after looong deliberation and research into true and pure latex matresses. There are lots of imitations out there. This is mainly due to lack of regulation about what defines pure latex. Generally you get what you pay for. We bought the base model Pure Support (medium firmness) and yes we were influenced by the price. We were not disapponted with comfort and support. No smell and just pure and simple support. Almost bought a more expensive model(twice the price) but reverted to the basic and felt if we needed more softness we could buy a latex overlay. So far we are happy. We do have a wool overlay which we already had. Other pluses are that it isn't difficult to turn & flip.

My experience with Latex Mattress Australia has been 100% positive. Their staff were extremely patient and helpful answering my many questions. My Pure support mattress is both yielding and supportive. It’s just very comfortable and I notice that I now look forward to going to bed. AND I feel great when I get up in the morning. My friend having slept on it is now buying one.

I am very happy with my Latex mattress. I spent hours researching for something that was suitable and would help with my dust mite allergy. I was concerned with all the reviews I had read how some Latex mattresses are not 100% pure latex and can make you so hot. Many will tell you they are 100% latex but they are not pure natural Latex. Richard was very helpful explaining the differences. It took a little while to get used to it but now when I sleep on other mattresses on holidays I am ever so excited to get home and have a good nights sleep on my very comfortable Latex mattress. I also have the extra comfort of the Pillow! It is like sleeping on a cloud!!! My allergies seemed to have settled too!

17 years ago I purchased a brand new, beautiful, slat sleigh bed and made the decision to luxuriate with a latex mattress - it was a decision I never regretted. When it came to replacing my mattress it didn't occur to me not to repeat my previous decision and select another latex mattress. In the past, I always encountered poor sleeping quality, could not get sleeping well every night, back bone pain and rolling over and over my body. But since three years, I used Latex Mattress, all my sleeping problem has been improved, and no back bone pain at all.
With such result, I decided to make another order & delivery to Sydney for my son, hope he has more comfortable sleeping with Latex mattress.

It took me a few months to get used to my latex mattress but I am now loving it. I rarely wake up with pain in my neck and back and I am sleeping more soundly.
The service I received was wonderful. I never felt I was being pushed into making my purchase which was a big decision considering the cost and not being able to try the mattress out first.
