Coming from an old inner spring to this mattress, it was the best decision I could have made. Ten years on, and I still love it, it's as good as the day I purchased it. Having originally purchased for just myself, I now share this bed with my wife, and along with no partner disturbance, we both find that the mattress really helps us to recover from any pains of the day. Well worth a look if you are looking for a new bed!

It's a very comfortable mattress, soft and yet supportive. There were no nasty smells when we unpacked it. The different ranges (hard and medium) are great to suit everyone's needs. My sleep has improved massively.

There is no comparison in comfort & support between my new latex mattress and my old spring mattress. My old mattress had large indentations and started sagging from my body weight only after a few months but my new latex mattress is holding up nicely.. No sagging and No back pain, yay!

Nil major improvement with my back pain so far, however it hasn't gotten worse either. Sleep is much more comfortable though and I love it so far. No negatives so far. My little Granddaughter loves it!

We purchased this mattress about 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. It is extremely comfortable to sleep on, with a soft cushioning cloud-like feel but plenty of support so you don't sink into it. We're both sleeping better for it

It is not too heavy so turning the mattress is not a chore. Highly recommended

I bought a second latex mattress for another bedroom. My first latex mattress has lasted me 12 years already and still going strong Although I've had intermittent back problems in the past never since I've bought these latex mattresses. I still have problems though at this if I sleep in a strange bed. I have bought the cheaper latex pillows in the past that have bulking additives in them but have found them to fall apart after 10 years. I don't expect that problem with these pure latex pillows. Well worth the money if you have a back problem and want a long lasting mattress.

Hi purchased the Queensixe Support Qulted Bamboo Medium mattress. It is very comfortable and I have had really good nights sleep pattern since purchased. I used to get a sore neck with my old mattress - not with this.

When my 14 year old son's new Pure Support latex mattress from LMA arrived, the whole family tried the mattress and we all found it surprisingly comfortable and very supportive to sleep on. We love our new latex matress. It smells so clean and neutral ( I have chemical sensitivities) and it is just so supportive we are sleeping so much more deeply. We bought toppers for the kids beds too and they argue about whose bed is the most luxurious!
The customer service at New Farm was excellent and delivery surprisingly fast too.

After sleeping on this mattress (now for about one month) I find it difficult to leave and look forward to being held by it again in the evening. Sleeping in it is like being cradled in the arms of a soft and supportive spongy cloud. The combination of soft and supportive creates a sense of security and well-being that engenders a truly relaxing restorative sleep. I prefer firm mattresses, but the Pure Support gives me the sense of firmness below the soft moulding that occurs in the top 2cm of lying and hence has fulfilled my sleep experience to places I did not know about before this mattress. These pure latex mattress' are genius. Thank you for ensuring such a high quality product that is sooo worth the cost!

Choosing a mattress even after much research was difficult, there are so many options, its overwhelming and many friends and family members had differing advice. We have been so pleased with our choice of the pure support latex mattress, it feels like you are sleeping on a cloud, definitely a more restful slumber! We can highly recommend this product.

My husband and I have been enjoying the comfort and support of our new Pure Support latex mattress which we are using with our flexible slat bed base. Jessica in the Underwood showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained all the wonderful benefits of sleeping on a pure latex mattress for health. This is a substantial investment but we are told it will last us for 25 years!

We couldn't be happier with our Pure Support latex mattress - it was truly money well spent. When we were in the process of buying a new mattress a couple of friends had mentioned that they had switched to a latex mattress. So we went to Latex Mattress' Brisbane showroom after trying a number of standard mattresses and as soon as we tried the Pure Support mattress, we purchased it on the spot! We haven't been disappointed, I had previously been waking up with hip pain, which has disappeared since we switched to a latex mattress. The pillows were also a great buy, and as someone who also suffers neck pain, the pillows provide excellent support. We would highly recommend Latex Mattresses - an investment in a good nights sleep!

1 am 81 years of age and i have never slept on a better mattress.i have read about heat problems but i have never experienced any myself, this mattress is so comfortable i would have no hesitation in recommending this product to anybody looking to buy a quality bed

I absolutely love our mattress from Latex Mattress Australia. We've had it for a few months now and I no longer wake up with a back ache. To me the best thing about their mattresses is that they are a 100% natural product. Considering the amount of time that you spend asleep during your life I definitely want something that is not going to off-gas chemicals in my sleep.

Purchasing a new mattress, albeit a latex one, is a big decision. I went to the showroom in New Farm and the shop assistant spent a lot of time discussing the different options in model and firmness and size, etc. with me. I was confident they knew what they were talking about.
I tried them all out (lay on them in the store) and when it was time to place the order, the shop assistant was very helpful and processed my order promptly.
My mattress arrived on schedule, the two delivery guys were really nice and unwrapped it for me.
My first (and subsequent) nights sleeps) have been fantastic, I am very happy with my latex mattress, it is super comfortable, and I am having wonderful nights sleeps.

Purchased this mattress due to back pain for Mum and she loves it. Dad has arthritis and he is finding the mattress helps with his aches. So far they are very happy with the mattress. They wish they bought this mattress ages ago!! Let's hope the mattress would not be too hot in summer.
The only downside to the experience was the delivery of the mattress (which was not the fault of Latex mattress Australia). The freight company left the mattress on the kerb outside the house and did not inform us of the delivery! We only knew that the mattress was delivered when dad went outside to collect the mail! When we informed LMA they were quick to provide feedback back to the freight company. Excellent service by LMA.
