wonderful tv
The tv has an outstanding performance in our living room. Picture night skies as dark as night skies themselves. Against the infinite, inky darkness of perfect black, colors pop and images come alive. LG OLED pixels are what make it all possible, each turning on and off individually for truly infinite contrast.

Perfect Picture and Perfect Sound
Purchased this TV 1 week ago from Myers and have been loving it ever since. I chose to get the 55in due to price of the 65in (Not worth an extra 3k for 10inches). The TV sounds and looks incredible. My only concern is that the remote lags and is quite slow to navigate - I do believe this might be fixed in software hopefully soon.

Amazing TV
This TV is beautiful. The colours are very vivid, whites are white and blacks are dark. The user interface is a little laggy, but is still easy to use. The TV has all the ports I need to connect my sound system and game consoles. Absolutely love how it comes with the apps for Stan & Netflix.
definitely recommend!

Best TV on the market
One of the best TVs in terms of picture quality available. Not too expensive either considering the quality. God smart features and excellent build quality. The main benefits of OLED are the pure black levels which adds more contrast to the image and better viewing angles which means the TV can be viewed from the side without the image washing out.

Beautiful TV, great interface
Picture quality is amazing. The magic remote and the operating system are super easy to use (even for the non-tech minded. Really enjoy the smart features of the tv too, netflix built in is great. If you use Plex pay a few bucks for the third party application called Xplay. Couldn't be happier with the TV.

Fantastic TV and features
I love this TV. The picture is fantastic and is feature packed. Comes with all the apps including Amazon prime video. The TV has great sound and very stylish unit. The TV is very thin but stable on stand. Couldn't be happier with purchase and recommend it to anyone after value.

Beautiful OLED TV
Crystal clear, easy to use.
After purchasing this TV I have stopped using Apple TV 4K. This tv pack full of features and the remote, act as a mouse, is so easy to use.
The interface to surf website have room for improvement but I don't do much web surfing here.
OLED colour is amazing that it made normal TV look bad.
Netflix 4K look amazing on this TV.

Love it
Picture quality- amazing, crisp. used the blu-ray "Planet Earth" to get the full experience, and it was amazing
Built-in speakers- not so great. We have a bose sound system (sound bar, and bass) attached
HDMI ports- it seems to have enough for us.
The unit itself is good, but we had to return the first one we bought because it had screen burn-in. The first one was a display from the store. The new one has been fine, except it does switch off sometimes randomly. It was doing it a lot when we had the Xbox connected. Not too much for us to get worried about, so we have not looked into it.
The apps seem to load fast, but we do have fast internet connected.

Specs are same as OLED55B7T
Great Tv, the B7 version is internally identical to C7 except for B7 is silver trim & silver stand- at $500 less the B7 is great value. Replaces my Samsung LCD. The picture quality for TV & movies is incredible. Absolutely stunning life like picture. OLED is not recommended for static use such as all day PC displays or games as burn in issues occur. For mixed use it absolutely nails picture quality / detail with VIEWING angle.
Appears LG is updating firmware / software with nice improvements vs samsung which very reluctantly updated anything ...Read more

Fantastic, best telly ever had
My previous LED television I had owned for approximately 7 years so it was time for an upgrade. My dad had bought an LG OLED and I was reluctant to go away from Samsung but I couldn't be happier. The picture quality is incredible. We also had a private technician come to our house and calibrate the picture and it now looks even better. The TV also looks really nice, it's very thin and sleek looking. It can be difficult to manoeuvre so definitely keep the box and packing if you need to move house. The sound is also really good. We have surround sound so we don't usually use the tv speakers, however if you do they are pretty good for the standard built in speakers. Would definitely recommend this telly to anyone who can afford the price tag.

Very Nice TV
The OLED55C7T it very smooth and there is no stutters in the images in high quality. It is very easy to setup and there menu is very responsive unlike other TV brands. One thing that most TV do but this one doesn't is that The does not burn it's couler when you leave it on for a very long time and that is why i think The Oled TV is one of the best looking tv out there

Phenomenal picture quality
Phenomenal picture quality after calibrating the TV with Xbox One's TV calibration feature, which actually lowers the black/bright contrast to more true-to-life eye pleasing levels. TV's dynamic contrast tends to display dark gray as deep black, which creates extreme, crisp OLED contrast without calibration but that will not be an issue for most users. Built in speakers are surprisingly good for a thin flat TV and reproduces Dolby Atmos to an extent, but a proper home theatre system is recommended to unleash the full potential. Tons of very use...Read more
ful features and easy to use. LG Magic remote is the best and using it for years. Adequate safety features included to avoid unintentional OLED image burn-in. Content is the key here to enjoy this TV.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Awesome!
Very satisfied with the picture quality and was the right size tv for the area we have put it in. I can't believe how the pictures stand out. Colour and clarity are great. Sound is great as well.
Have used it for both watching tv and gaming and I can honestly say I have not regretted this purchase

Very disappointed so far
Decided on reviews to purchase this - didn't look at any others - went straight to my local Good Guys to purchase it. Paid extra to have it installed and set up. Worked fine - great picture quality watching 4K videos. Until......24 hours later.... Suddenly any content other than free to air tv stations became heavily pixelated. An hour later when turning the tv off and on again (as suggested by LG online support, it took ages to restart and when it did all you could see was green stripes. Now the free to air tv doesn't even come on. It's a s...Read more
imple set up - table top, with just the ethernet cable and aerial cable coming into the tv. There is no detailed manual to try and troubleshoot anything. Nothing available online either. Will be taking this up with the retailer when they're open, but this should not be happening.4 comments
Follow up on this issue - Dismal service from "Concierge" on this - had to chase them up about whether anyone was even coming to look at faulty tv - gave up on them and contacted the Good Guys store (... Read more
like I should have done first up) - Helpful and understanding manager there offered to get new tv out and installed ASAP. This was a Thursday, so by Monday morning we had a replacement tv delivered, installed and working! And I have faith in this LG OLED tv - when it was working it was fantastic - amazing clarity - so my two star review is really for the Concierge service, not the TV! Moral of the story - Good Guys store and staff are great - but the so called Concierge service is failing all over the place - major problems with their systems, and possibly even legal issues with their failure in providing customers with their loyalty vouchers that they're entitled to. I hope The Good Guys do something soon about this part of their business!5 months later our LG OLED55C7T tv has had no problems, is easy to use, and has crystal clear beautiful picture. So our first one must have just been a lemon. So I'd give a 5 Star review for the TV, but still 2 Star for the 'Concierge Service'!

Wow, what a great TV!
This is an amazing television which lives up to its great reviews. Easy to set up out of the box, easy to get going, fast to change channels, plenty of smart TV features, wireless connection and more. My only quibble is that the operating manual doesn't cover all the functions of the remote and features of the TV so it takes some exploring to discover just how impressive the TV is.
The picture is clear and bright with deep blacks. There are numerous picture setting options to customise the display for different types of viewing. I've had th...Read more
e TV for 1 week and am absolutely happy with it. Even its sound is pretty good although I may get a sound system to enhance the sound in the future. This TV replaces a 9 year old 40" LCD and the larger 55" screen with its thin bezel provide a lot more display area. I can appreciate why someone would want an even bigger screen given the 55" picture is much more immersive than that of a 40" screen but I'm finding the 55" screen more than adequate. The remote is a delight to use especially the pointer/cursor that can be turned on/off. You move the cursor on the screen just by pointing and moving the remote. When the cursor is where you want it to be just click enter to engage the desired operation. Long live OLED.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Cannot fault it - just amazing.
I left home intending to buy a Panasonic as my old television is still terrific, even seven years on, and is now in our spare room. Instead, I came back with the LG OLED instead. Although you can by bigger UHD TVs for the same money, viewing the picture quality side-by-side makes the decision easy. Not only does it show 4K as expected, it even improves the quality of lower resolution programs to a much higher standard. The sound quality is also great, something very hard for manufacturers to get right with thinner and thinner TVs (hence why ret...Read more
ailers up-sell 2.1 soundbars). The controls are intuitive and the WebOS is easy to use once you have played around a bit. Screen sharing connects to Android devices quickly (but you will need to download and app if you own a crApple). The only minor drawback is that this version doesn't handle 3D whereas the previous model did. But that doesn't matter to me, so apart from that, highly recommended. Only wish I had had the money for the 65"!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Amazing Quality
I can't get over how clean the quality is of this TV. I am impressed as my last LG TV was a little fuzzy in clarity despite it being a newer model but with the times LG has definitely stepped up. Easy to operate and use and more than enough ports for the modern needs of plugging in laptops etc.

OMFG I've gone to 4K heaven
I bought this to go with my ps4 pro, F1 2017(game) and Gran Turismo sport. I heard this model was awesome for gaming. There has to be a word better than awesome, I was speechless. It has to be the best experience I have had. I'm enjoying my sim gaming so much more. Well done LG.

Outstanding TV
This TV's screen is awesome. It is good for movie and gaming. The sound system is surprisingly amazing considering how slim the TV is. I love the remote control as well. It is very easy to use. It has USB and HDMI. That's all you need. Most importantly, good graphic.

Perfect TV
I just love our LG OLED55C7T Smart television. The quality of the picture is amazing. There are ample HDMI ports for our needs and the Smart TV function and apps are fantastic. It also has an optical port for my husband to plug his head phones into. There is nothing I don't like about this TV. We bought this to replace an 11 year old Panasonic Plasma TV which was still working beautifully. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a quality picture.

I am hearing all over the internet lg oled image buring etc . Is it risk to buy this monitor?
3 answers
I have not had burn in issue and I think for most consumers they won't either. Image burn in only occurs if you have a static image for hours on end.
Had mine over a year and no problem, has a built in screen saver
We have the OLED65C7T which is a year old and it has the ‘Today’ logo burnt onto the bottom left of the screen. The tv definitely wasn’t on pause for hours and yet the image wont disappear even with the pixel refresher setting used. I didn’t expect this to occur on a tv of this quality nor on a OLED screen.

How is the picture quality of Foxtel HD on this OLED?
1 answer
picture quality on Foxtel and Netflix is great. This depends mostly on the data coming in though as TV can only show what it receives. Like during a storm when you get pixelation happening or low incoming data speeds from satellite / internet.

Not very impressed with how this is being handled by The Good Guys "Concierge Gold Service Extras" organization. They admit the TV is probably faulty, and 24 hours later I have still not heard when anyone is coming to assess it.
