WDC1475NCW - having a really terrible experience. After 6 months of use (newly bought and installed from good guys), this washing machine has not completed a single cycle and displays a UE error code (12min mark on the cotton cycle). I've rearranged the load, taken clothes out, added more in etc but still does not work. I've also cleaned the filter. Also previously, I have noticed that the machine vibrates quite violently towards the end of the spin cycle. Right now, I am stuck with a washing machine which cannot complete a cycle and leaves me with a bunch of wet clothes. What is going on??

I’ve dowloaded the app and still I can’t download a cycle for washing. The cycles on this machine are too long and I want to download a shorter one. Can someone please tell me how to do it? Thanks

I’m not sure about the downloads. I haven’t tried that yet, but have you tried using the quick wash cycles. It runs for 30min instead of the long cycle. I use the quick wash most of the time.
Use quick wash option it only goes for 30 minutes and wash the clothes perfectly

I have just purchased the front loader with dryer and working out the different cycles. My problem is they are taking anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. Please help as it's way too long. Thanks

Hi! Yes the default cycles do take a while, there is the option for "30 MIN" quick cycle and by pressing the temp & spin buttons you can alter. Also if you turn the machine on and do not press a cycle you can pre set your own by pressing spin, temp, dry and other pre-settings. There is some way to save this as a "favourite" wash cycle but maybe check the manual for that. Hope this helps!
I was dismayed at how long cycles took to wash compared to my top loader.
Download the LG ThinQ app from Google Play & follow install instructions. It allows you to download a cycle not included on washer from a selection of cycles. Try the Save Time one. You can only save one cycle at a time but at least you may find a cycle that suits.
