I have purchase a Family Holiday package to Bali on 23/11/2016, have submitted my preferred traveling dates on 30/11/2015. In the booking requested confirmation it was said you will confirm my request withing 1-2 days. Well you have not. After sending you another email on 04/12/2016, you email confirmation said you will reply to it within 3-5 business days. Well you still have not. On 11/12/2016 I sent you another email checking on my booking request as I would like to book a flight. Well, I still have not heard or received any info from your customer service. Very hard to believe you will ever reply and I wonder if I have wasted my money. I am very disappointed with your customer service. If you do not have enough people to answer withing 48 hours you definitely should looking into hiring more staff during the pick periods.
I am still hoping that you will reply one day and refund me my money back.

Why does not an internet based company like Livingsocial does not have a support contact number? I sent them 2 emails regarding a deal I purchased. First email was sent 3 days ago. Though I read somewhere in this website that Living social officials replies back to emails in 2 days, I am yet to receive a response other than automated acknowledgement. The second email was sent today. Given their track record I am not expecting a response any time soon. Or like they have told many times in their facebook page and ieatwords website, I might have missed their email. I am waiting to see whether anyone will respond to this question from me.

Good luck getting a response back from them, and in case your query is regarding a refund or cancelltion of the deal that you have recently purchased, just forget that anything will happen. Basically you wasted your money. However wait for the delayed reply from their hopelss customer care making lame excuses.

Disgusting and dishonest service from living social is common place. From experience the only reason to contact them is to be able to take screen shots to provide to your bank to get back the money for the goods/serrvices you will never get.

Is anyone having an issues trying to use a Tantra Suites Ettalong Beach voucher? They seemed to be fully booked and they take ages to reply to confirm new dates. Seems this may be a scam as the voucher will expire before we get to book in a date. Beware.

contact paypal and lodge a dispute. I dont know why you waited 3 months to lodge it, but you may not even be able to now. If paypal comes off your credit card, i would also contact your cc supplier and tell them what has happened... oh, and never use living social again
ring them up and threaten them that u are going to A Current Affair to tell them what a pathetic and low life company they are and I'm sure you will get a lot of yeses to what I'm saying by other angry customers me included

How do you contact these people? They give you a phone number on their website, but I've tried three times now to call, and the message is "this number is not in service".

AlanJ, I didn't really try calling their numbers but I emailed them 3 times before they got back to me. I'm not sure where you are but I'm in Australia and these mob is based in the USA, so just don't know if their Aussie number is actually manned. Apparently, you can get a refund if you have problem with your voucher and you tried to sort it out within 5 working days. Hope you'll get your money back... Good luck.
Many thanks AlanJ! I'm also in Australia but didn't manage to sort it out within the 5 working days so they won't refund my money and I didn't get my product. I think their business model is deceitful and caution anyone who deals with them. I communicated with them via email and found them unsympathetic to my situation. I really don't know how they can get away with taking people's money without delivering on the promised products. Needless to say, they will never receive my custom again.
Well, among all the many complaints on this reviews site, I'm rather pleased to be able to report a happy outcome in this case. After posting the question above, I found the company's Facebook page and sent them a message about that not-in-service telephone number, and they suggested that I try again, or else PM them. The next day I did try again, and this time the number worked... what's more, there was no hesitation on their part in offering a full refund through a reversal into my credit card account. Of course, I don't know whether that has actually taken place yet, but I can say that their attitude couldn't have been better... I've had far worse outcomes from some of our "paragon-of-good-customer-service" stores (such as David Jones). Also, I should point out that in the past six months I have used this company on two prior occasions, and in both cases I received what I paid for.
