If I could vote negative I would. I purchased a voucher about a week before they were due to come they cancelled and said the voucher isn't available anymore.

This is no bond clean it's not even a clean
As previous people have stated paid for a bond clean they arrive late after many phone calls then proceed to say it will cost another 800 to do a clean on top of the agreed fee, nothing was cleaned properly and we had to pay another company to come and fix there mess, not interested in replying to you afterwards, stay away it's a scam and you will lose your money

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE
They were contracted to do a bond clean. They turned up and then tried to charge an extra $700 to do the work. They got very rude when we wouldn't accept this. Very unprofessional and I would recommend anyone steer very clear of these guys. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Do not use. Disgraceful. They took my things and won't return them
I purchased a Cudo voucher. Not all things stated on the voucher were completed. When questioned about it, became very rude. When they left my house, they "accidently" took 2 items I had just purchased. When I rang her about it, she said she was "too far away to return it. I asked her to post it back. Two weeks later I am still waiting. My last call to her she called me a lier and that the products did not cost as much as I claimed they did. She claims she is too busy to get to the post office. I have never spoken to such a rude person.

Disgraceful service
Purchased a coupon for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom for 214 with a supposed value of 500+. After several last minute cancellations, I finally received 3 hours of terrible service in which less than half the items stipulated on the coupon were completed. Will be seeking a full refund and reporting this wherever possible

Called for a quote. They attended the property and quoted $250 more than another company. Texted to advised that we would not be using them due to a cheaper quote. They called and advised that they had already started and would take off $150. They advised to be at the property at 4.30 to check out the job and pay. I attended to find they hadn't even completed 1 room (4hrs later). I had to leave so paid the cleaner who advised that the invoice was already emailed to my partner and would issue invoice. 1 week later - no invoice or receipt. We attended the property the next day to find walls not done, garage not done, stove/oven not done properly, windows, dusting, grouting, tracks not cleaned, carpet not properly vacuumed or cleaned to name a few. I called to advise the manager who stated she would send cleaner back out after exit report. The real Estate was of course very unhappy and we forwarded on the report. After no contact, then a call on the 2nd to last day to say she would send him out to fix up the day after we had to have the work completed, she sent a text at 10.30pm to say the cleaner would attend the next day. We attended once again to find essentially the same level of work and contacted to advise. This was on Monday. It is now Friday and only just received a text saying to pay more. Not part of the quote and as we did not attend the property whilst cleaner was there, it was basically on us and we would have to pay extra. After trying to discuss and come to an arrangement she hung up on us and we are still waiting on the invoice /receipt. We are of course taking this further. Worst Bond Cleaners I Have Ever Come Across.
Firstly after buying a voucher for 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom at $220 for a bond clean, could not contact the business for almost a week. Finally as my time to move out was 5 days away, I rang after 7pm and a man answered and was furious I had rung so late. He told me to text him details and someone would contact me next day. hey would come and only arrived at 4pm with 2 other women. She stormed through the house and said this is a house, you have paid very little and only for a unit. You have to pay $180 more or I will leave. I was desperate I tried to tell her voucher did not say unit, she said no money, I will go. My son who had just arrived and witnessed and saw how upset I was said he would go and withdraw the money. This stupid woman refused to start till money was in her hand. Kept asking how long will your son take. She started the work around 4.45 and by 6.15pm was all done. I tried entering to see if she missed something and she shouted at me - you go in and make dirty, then you clean. So I just locked up and left. Next day when I returned I found the oven was not clean, the blind was pulled off and not replaced, the light globes were still dirty and the front window which was reachable from the front balcony had not been touched. Ransom demands
This company used coupon sites to get your business with bond cleaning and at the last minute right before your appointment Waco up the price and demand pre payment otherwise no show. They use a scare tacktic pay more now or try and find another supplier in time for your returning keys date.

Please believe all the other reviews below and don't fall for their cheap deals on coupon sites. It disgusts me that Livingsocial are still advertising for these guys when they know what they have been doing. It took me days to get a hold of them and book a time. After a lot of text messaging with one guy he gave me the number of the woman who cleans the houses, and she said "how did you get this number," like I had no right to be calling her, and then said she'd call back in 15 minutes. (I would never have actually continued with this if I hadn't already bought a voucher). She changed the time to an hour later on the morning of the bond clean, and then showed up 40 minutes later than that, without texting to let me know she'd be late. She then walked through the house with a clipboard, running her fingers over the edges of the skirting boards etc like cleaning was some kind of science. She informed me I had to pay $180 on top of the $220 voucher I had bought because my house was a queenslander (it actually wasn't), it had a lounge room (!!!) and it had stairs. The voucher said nothing about extra charges for these things in the terms and conditions. She wouldn't start until I paid that money, and I had to have it done that day, so I paid up, even though I was angry and told her so. She then proceeded to speak very angrily and aggressively in another language to the cleaner she was with as we walked out, obviously cussing us out. That would have been bad enough, but then they DIDN'T CLEAN THE HOUSE. Oh sure, they splashed some water over the floors, but that's about it. My brother went over to lock up when they were done because I was working, and didn't look very thoroughly at what they had done. When I walked in I couldn't believe it. The windowsills and skirting boards were untouched, drawers in bedrooms untouched, sticky stuff still on the kitchen benchtops, glass in shower still covered in residue. I spent half a day with someone helping me fixing it up as best I could, but the real estate were not happy at all. The list of things that needed to be done included basics like "vacuum and mop floor". I ended up paying their bond cleaner to finish it off, and it cost me another $200. Rude obnoxious and definitely do not know how to run a business.
I purchased a coupon and tried to make a booking through email as adviced and i tried calling but no one would answer.
I got a reply to my email asking for the same details i had already given, got told my voucher wasn't valid ~ Yes it was they used the wrong code

Trying tout add another $450 to the price already paid for the coupon deal! Rude and abrupt. Do not deal with this organisation. They are bad, and will play the do not understand English card when you ask for an explanation. Save yourself some grief.

What a waste!
Purchased a bond clean on Cudo for $220 for a 4bed 2bath clean. I was especially pleased that it included oven clean, windows washed and walls. Booked in asap. On the day, they arrived late and then walked through the house with a note pad. I was then told that there would be extra charges to wash the walls. When I questioned it since it clearly stated tjat it was included in the clean she played the 'I don't speak English' card. charges to clean the living room since they only cover kitchen and dining areas (???). The extra cost was about $450!! I understand that bond cleans are expensive which is why I was so happy to find the coupon...I am failing to see the value in the coupon. Disappointing service
I purchased a Scoopon voucher for $189 for M&M Handyman Cleaning service. On the day of the cleaning, I got charged an extra $70 before they started. They wouldn't start until they got a bank deposit receipt.
My property is less then 12mths old and was vacant. The property was already in mint condition. However, the cleaning job was not professional finished nor were some jobs on the list completed. reason why you don't do your job properly. They refused to come back to fix up the cleaning job and refused to give any compensation. They said I needed a condition report by a real estate agent, even though I told them from the start it was not a bond clean. So now I am left with a house with significant cleaning work to be completed. Where I went wrong was the fact that I could not be there to check the property before the cleaner left due to work commitments. They knew this and took advantage of this. When I finally got to my property that night, every light was left on and the house was not locked up properly. I left my property in their hands with the good faith they would do the right thing. But I was wrong! Sadly customer service is non-existent with M&M Handyman Cleaning.
