This has made me 30 years younger and lose weight
OK It's a first world problem, clickbait and a total lie. But the coffee grinder is fantastic and I love decent coffee.
Mates who run a Persian food catering business advised me to buy a burr coffee grinder on the entry level commercial scale. Of course I procrastinated and prevaricated. $450 or so is a lot of dosh. smithereens. The domestic level burr grinders are expensive, flimsy and break. Unless you have the hots for hanging around your local appliance store's returns desk, don't go anywhere near these. After a LOT of research I bought the Macap. It produces the best coffee I've had for a very long time. The grind is reliable, cool (from a cool looking machine too) and can be adjusted from pulverised Turkish to French press coarse. My household sources locally grown and roasted beans so having a grinder of this calibre is a real treat. It produces on-demand, that is you shove your coffee maker's coffee holder thingy (very technical I know) against the red trigger and hold it there until you have the desired amount of coffee. And go make the coffee. If ever there was a case of 'buy well and buy once' this is it. Spend the dough - unless you put rocks through it you'll never have to buy one again. Bought through a small outfit in Melbourne, KBean. Recommend them too!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
