Mad Paws Dinner Bowl

I have made one order with them to try their food out, suddenly one day out of no where they decided to charge me$170 without asking me, guess what they didn’t even bother ask how my dog likes the food. Wow when i try to log on my account on their website there was no where possible to delete my account cancel subscription or cancel order! I can not believe it’s 2022 already there’s still a company that ask you to email them for any of the features mentioned above! Now i feel been scammed by them, credit card theft if I must say. Now I true hope I can get my money back from them or maybe should I share this story with face book group and see if there are any other victims out there

Okay, so firstly, my dog ate the food no worries. But the service, care and honesty of the company is shocking. Orders were not the full weight they were supposed to be, came in wrong package sizing, they refused to correct the mistake or give a full refund for their error. In the end my emails left unanswered when I tried to make them accountable for their incompetence.

Meal time is easy now, and Bonnie likes all the recipes (although her fave is the lamb). I especially loved the SMS so I know exactly when the delivery is coming. It allows you to track the driver's ETA. Super impressed.

Problems from first order, my trial box turned up 3 days after i was billed for my second box (no trial) my second box turned up with 6 dinners missing, took 2 hrs to resolve on chat...my dog was vomiting after this food, had a vet trip (RAW dinner bowls) food has alot of fat content in it. There is no phone number only chat or email... actual delivery was fine. customer service poor and give incorrect information. I thought this would be easy and convenient, but all the time I wasted on chat makes it extremely inconvenient. hard to cancel, have to tell them repeatedly cancel my subscription before they actually do it... make sure u get it in email as proof it's done

Our dogs really like the food. Other than that one time I found a foreign object embedded in a biscuit, I never had a complaint about the food and we've been a customer since November 2021.

However, the delivery is just way too unreliable. There have been three times where the delivery not only did not make it in time, it was so delayed that we had to have a back-up food for our dogs.

We've been only getting them delivered twice a month and something always happened to at least one of the deliveries. This has now become unacceptable and we'v...

The food is ok but good luck getting a delivery on time or at all or perhaps get charged extra for no reason. Some staff have been helpful in processing back over charges but if you're food doesn't arrive on the day good luck getting anyone to bother calling you back, 3 days later I just cancelled my subscription and I had budgeted to spend per month with Mad Paws

Good luck its a lottery with these guys...you might get your food or you may not...but don't bother chasing it up with them if you're in a hurry

I know this sounds odd, but my dogs are visibly more excited for their food when they see it’s coming from one of the mad paws bags as opposed to other food I have given them in the past.
The food is full of good stuff and the delivery is always on time so I know my boys always have food

My dogs are much healthier and happier on your menu they have more energy and my chf dog is doing amazing. Thank You Dinner Bowl your products are wonderful. Will continue.

My dog loves his new food. I must say it looks nothing like the lucites on their website and my first 2 deliveries were mucked around. But he loves it and so does his tummy which is really important. Easy to transition him over

My dog is very fussy and only likes the chicken flavour. Packaging is not great and difficult to open. The main issue the last 2 months is that their delivery schedule has been completely unreliable (but as a subscription service they are quite happy to keep charging you, whether the delivery happened or not)! I have cancelled my subscription for now. Get it sorted guys.

Two orders not arrived. It took them a week to finally get back to me about where my order was only to tell me they will send another box as they can’t find it. Once again didn’t arrive. Customer service continues to tell me they are chasing it up but don’t update me until I hassle them again.

Very convenient and efficient way to make sure your furbaby get nutritious food. It takes the worry away as this product is healthy and has all the nutrients for their meals. Our pup adapted to the change very quickly and he is really enjoying meals! We like how the subscription can be tailored to your pups needs too. Will definitely keep ordering and try out the other kibble flavours.

Food never rocked up because the delivery service they use is incompetent and can’t follow a simple instruction of “call if you can’t find the place”. Two days in a row! Lazy drivers. Wouldn’t bother with this place again.

My dog absolutely loves the food, and it makes my life sooo much easier. So happy we found it! She didn't have any strong reaction, other than EXCITED. We transitioned from the old food to new slowly over 5 days but she wouldn't eat her old food after that!!
