Magimix Le Duo Plus XL

Set up the juicer with a selection of fruit & veggies. Soft fruit satisfactory...anything harder than squishy fruit was tough and within 4 minutes of the very first use it burned out - completely entangled with kale and chopped carrots. That was Dec 2018 and we're still having to justify our problem, having been passed from the shop owner - Plenty of Balmain (now closed), Cambur Industries (distributor) and then Magimix direct (our contact has left and, in closing her final letter, asked us to film ourselves juicing kale - HOW...when the machine is dead/burned out? Please don't make us go to court with this - Magimix! Give us our money back and take the 'juicer' away. Written on June 8th 2022.

Had it for a couple of years and were impressed with it. Then the casing cracked for some reason and after 2 months waiting for parts we are told to wait another 4 months as the wrong ones we supplied to the repairer. For $280 total repair price with labour it is not worth fixing and would take too long anyway. Now looking for another brand

Bought it last year. Basket was broken recently. Advised both by supplier (Kitchen ware direct) and the Magimix Australia it is not warranty. If we want to keep using it we have to buy the part which is $149.00

Bad warranty, expensive parts.
