Is it possible to get a longer 'G' clamp bracket for the machine as our kitchen bench is very deep?

I am not sure if you can do that. You have to experiment yourself. I usually put a board on top of my kitchen counter to protect my counter from being damaged by the force of the clamp. It works just fine.

I have used my machine twice with no issues.. really easy to use etc.. the third time.. there was nothing that could make the dough go through the rollers.. only one roller was rolling.. and I think that both are supposed to turn?.. it just wouldn't roll the dough through.. can anybody please help???

Sorry, victoria_n, I haven't experienced this problem (yet!) but it sounds like there's a fault with the machine. If it is still under warranty I'd take it/send it back.
