Zero Support from Kogan Order number EYNLH682
The fryer did not work from the outset. It took over 3 weeks to resolve the matter but happy to say I am getting a refund after a long series of emails (no phone number available to ring and resolve the matter). The complaints system with Kogan was slow and ineffective. There is a lot to be said for simply returning it to a shopping store even if it does cost more to buy.

When unpacking there is a fairly large metal rectangle flat plate..but I’m not sure where it goes or what it does. There’s no info in the booklet about this item
