Order not sent
I placed an order in February on an item that Mega Things said was in stock. It is now May and I still haven't received it. I have sent two emails querying this and have only had the one reply back in March saying I would receive it mid March to Early April. Why say the product is in stock and take my money when it obviously isn't. Yes I know we are in unprecedented and crazy times but come on, enough already.

Two orders not received
First time ordering from this place. Two orders placed on 12 March and another one on 25 March and I undestood pre order time frames. Nothing received even until now and order status still has not changed. I sent two emails to follow up and no response at all. I will do like others and go through PayPal disputes. I will stick to Officeworks from now on. Order #231242350 and #231234749

I order some some stock that was on back order initially till 15 April, unfortunately when i checked recently the order was not fulfilled, which will disappointing is understandable in the current situation. I emailed them asking if I could get a refund since I did not wish to wait longer, within 24hrs I had a response and the money back in my account. Purely based on that I will use these guys again in the future

Took my money then no further communication - didn't receive order.
I placed my order back in March and received confirmation but then there was no further communication. Went to the website to look at my order status - I expected to find it was just to be a postage delay but it turns out the products I ordered were no longer available and couldn't be re-ordered. They didn't bother to contact me to tell me this - they just kept my money. Tried contacting them but they don't answer so had to put in a PayPal claim. This is not a professional shop.

stay away poor operators
I purchased a pricing gun as listed only to have a date gun delivered. Dont bother getting any exchanges they wont help. once the packet is opened (which you have to do to find out its a date gun) they wont take it back. never buyonh from them again

As for returns, our policy is a product can be returned at cost of the customer within a limited time if it is in a re-sellable condition (i.e. unopened) for us to return to our distributors. Almost 3 months and still waiting
I've ordered some masks to Mega on 27 Jan, and 3 months letter I'm still waiting. In the beginning they should NOT sell anything that they cannot fulfil in normal time frame as if they have stock. In some situation it may put us in difficult or dangerous situation when our money stuck with them while we don't get what we ordered. We lost our time and money especially if we are desperate for that item while actually we can buy from somewhere else that have a REAL stock.

With manufacturing happening in America and China, the situation was changing daily and we made the decision to derange the whole category as supply was in question - we are currently expecting an unconfirmed restocking date from 3M of October 2020. We notified our customers that had purchased through us that we would maintain their position in the order queue and fulfil on a first in/first out basis. Those that wanted to stay (and they still are to this day like you) did and those that wanted a refund, Mega Thing processed it promptly for the customer. Great customer service
I understood that the item I ordered would not be in stock for at least 3+ months, but ordered it anyway to guarantee I would get it. But priority is understandably being given to hospitals and other essential services, so my order would have been delayed. When I contacted Martin about this, he explained the situation and offered a full refund. The whole process of query to refund took less than a day. Once all this is over, I'll be sure to use them again.

Do not buy from them scam
I ordered on 24 Mar but till 13 Apr still waiting for their stock!
I have contacted their web chat last week to cancel they promised to cancel but till now still not cancelled.
They do not have stock, they just pretend to have charge u and keep you money keep you waiting.

CAUTION
I ordered my item over a month ago, when it was listed as "IN STOCK" I've contacted them, in writing, via my online account, 3 times, asking "what's the status of my order?", & can't get an answer.
Best advice is, DON'T order online, as items listed as "IN STOCK" probably aren't

I personally had to email mega office supplies in order to even hear about the progress (lack of in this case) being made on my item,only to be told that my order was not in stock although their online page told me they were in stock at the time of making my order.

Mega Office Supplies is taking orders for items they do not have in stock!
Be very careful ordering from Mega Office Supplies as they are taking orders for items that they cannot currently supply. Very poor business ethics on their part as there was no mention of this delay on their website at the time of ordering. A week after ordering they informed me via email of this delay. They also are not giving me any ETA for delivery. Will not use them again. Do not recommend them.

I purchased a Dymo label machine. The machine did not work from the time I received it. In contacting Mega Office Supplies they did not provide any assistance or refund just referred me back to Dymo.

I ordered something from Mega Thing, and as such, was signed up to their mailing list (without being asked). Since then I have unsubscribed four times and also emailed a complaint through requesting that I am removed from their mailing list. I am still receiving emails. This is unacceptable!

The xmas window display used the paper fasteners and sign laminating was terrific.
Purchased items online because of time constraints. I had ordered a smaller qty but that size was not available anymore. Amanda emailed to say that this was the case and offered the choice of a refund or purchase a larger qty. Service was excellent and I chose to get the bigger amount - paid the extra and received my order within 3 days which was amazing. Thankyou Mega team

Great service and price.
After finding Mega Office Supplies on-line I decided to make a purchase. The whole process went to plan and I was kept in the loop at all stages during the process. Delivery of the product took 5 days which I felt was more than acceptable as I placed my order on a Saturday at around 11.40am. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of making a purchase from their extensive product range.

How long does an order typically take to go from Awaiting Fulfillment to the next stage, presumably Shipped? I placed an order Tuesday for some pens and although it's only been 2 days, it's just 36 pens and was hoping to have it ship quickly since there is already an inherent delay due to be being in the US already. For anyone wondering, the pens are my wife's favorite and are not available in the US anymore. Found them on your site.

Update. The day after i posted this question, my order was marked shipped.
Note: The Tracking number left as a comment for the order shows it's shipped and "enroute to USA". However, the order status on the website still says Awaiting Fulfillment, which I find interesting. Seems like the website could use some updates to match status.
