I ordered a Eheim canister filter for $270. 7 weeks later I’ve yet to receive it. I like many other reviewers thought that they were Australian. Would never have ordered if I knew they were Spanish. But I should have known better- I knew mascota is the Spanish word for pet- but they spell it miscota for some reason... as in mistake? Anyway I’ve given up expecting to get my filter.

I ordered a cat calming infuser- never arrived. Haven’t got any further with a refund.
Very poor communication from them.
Be very very careful if you want to use this site... I would stay well clear in the future

I ordered a cat calming product for my new kitten which has not arrived yet. I like being prepared... I ordered it on the 1st of the 12.. It is now 26 of the 12 and I still dont have it.. Thank goodness I dont have the kitten yet either.. I can order the product from ebay..

I never received a tracking number either.. I had to search for it.. I finally found it but it was never delivered..

I've read about how difficult it is to get your money back.. I dont need the stress.. You can keep it.. I will just never shop there again..

May you poop at your workplace and the flush doesn't work.

Purchased products for my cats early Nov. advertised shipping of 3/5 days Im in another country so didnt expect it that quickly however its now over a month later no products, provided shipping number doesnt register and I feel completely scammed. They refuse to refund, cant offer a tracking number that works and cant tell me where my parcel is! Never ever ordering again!

Pretends to be Australian site - takes almost a month for delivery

Guys I ordered from au.miscota.com. The URL of your website suggests that you are Australian so I ordered something small thankfully. I had no idea these products would be sent from Spain and would take almost a month to get here. This is truly ridiculous and disappointing for an Australian customer. I imagine your looking for one time purchases because this isnt a service that I would repeatedly use.

I suggest you stop abusing the Australian customers and take off the au from your website URL or be clear on your website that all products will be shipped from Spain and will take almost a month for Australian customers.

I ordered a fish tank filter body for my 2226 eheim canister filter which has 3 baskets for filter media they sent me a eheim body that holds 2 baskets. They say they are Australian but it takes 3 to 4 weeks to deliver my star rating is 0 they didn't have the decency to reply to my email. I wouldn't deal with them ever again

Misleading & dodgy

Misleading. They are not Australian even though they pretend like one. At checkout, delivery times were 3-5 days but on order confirmation its 3-4 weeks! When questioned they came up with a silly explanation: 3-5 days delivery once its in the destination country! You cant make these things up!

Unbelievable poor customer service

I should’ve checked the review before I contacted to their customer service centre to ask some help. I just wasted while week trying to fix the issue with thief coupon. After you’ve been useless for a week, what they just wrote me is to try the coupon still valid. For sure, while wasting my time with you, the coupon will be expired!!! Lol
Very incompetent. AI will do much decent work from third customer service.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and they took my money, which was $430.

I followed up less than a week later because I didn’t receive a confirmation email. They then said they couldn’t find my order. I sent them my email address and a screen shot of the payment they took from my account.

Since then I have sent 8 email and have not received a single reply. All I want is my money back and have resorted to contacting consumer affairs in Europe to see if they can help.

Never ever use this company!

I ordered items from this company, six weeks later I still had not received them. Australia Post advised that they did not have the items. I asked Miscota for a refund, they told me to contact Australia Post as the items were in Australia. Once again Australia Post does not have the items. I have had to escalate the problem to a Paypal disagreement as I want my money back.

I placed an order 10 days ago and thought it was an Australian company but wish I had looked her before. Still waiting and on the tracking advice it has now stated that product will be returned to country of origin due to not able to deliver. No notification from the actual company. I think I've done money.

I read the reviews prior to ordering an Eheim pump. I also checked where in the world Miscota are located. They are a Spanish company. OK they state 4 day delivery, but the prices they charge you should know that it won't be that to Australia. Any mains voltage devices will have a Euro plug. Knowing all that I placed my order and received the pump a couple of weeks after placing the order. Considering the price paid for the product, it was a tiny inconvenience for the delay. This particular pump cannot be sourced in Australia at the moment through other sources.

Poor Customer Service, very misleading

Bought aquarium gravel from website indicating it was in stock. The website being an Australian one, i read that as if it was in Australia. It was shipped from somewhere in Europe. It has been over a week over it’s ETA with no help from customer service, no means of contact other than email, which is no help anyway. the tracking number is not an accepted tracking number in Australia and was not provided with any other. If this happens to you report to the ACCC and get this out of business.

Ordered a Feliway product almost 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it. The website says delivery within 3-5 business days. I contacted customer service asking for a tracking number. They did not provide any, and said that their products are dispatched from Spain. I contact them again, twice, asking for tracking information. Even though they say they will reply within 24 hours, it has been over a week now and no reply. As of now, I have received no product and no customer support.
