I read the reviews prior to ordering an Eheim pump. I also checked where in the world Miscota are located. They are a Spanish company. OK they state 4 day delivery, but the prices they charge you should know that it won't be that to Australia. Any mains voltage devices will have a Euro plug. Knowing all that I placed my order and received the pump a couple of weeks after placing the order. Considering the price paid for the product, it was a tiny inconvenience for the delay. This particular pump cannot be sourced in Australia at the moment through other sources.

Bought aquarium gravel from website indicating it was in stock. The website being an Australian one, i read that as if it was in Australia. It was shipped from somewhere in Europe. It has been over a week over it’s ETA with no help from customer service, no means of contact other than email, which is no help anyway. the tracking number is not an accepted tracking number in Australia and was not provided with any other. If this happens to you report to the ACCC and get this out of business.

Ordered a Feliway product almost 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it. The website says delivery within 3-5 business days. I contacted customer service asking for a tracking number. They did not provide any, and said that their products are dispatched from Spain. I contact them again, twice, asking for tracking information. Even though they say they will reply within 24 hours, it has been over a week now and no reply. As of now, I have received no product and no customer support.

I bought Muda and Nutriburd, 22 $ purchase, 14 shipping, 3 weeks waiting for my package at the end!!
First i bought Muda 100 Ml, that’s what they put in the picture but I received 20ml?!!!
Second, Nutribur 800 and Muda will expire Feb2019 was made Feb 2016 ?!!
Why did not send what was made on 2018 ?!!
Of course, we should pay for them stock management’s issues.

Looks like an Australian website but it's not. Says that delivery will be made in 3-5 working days, but after you have placed your order and paid for your item you get another email telling you your item will take 4 weeks to get to you. By which stage I don't need it anymore. Oh, and it came with a British plug, even though I ordered through an Australian website, paid with Australian dollars and had an Australian delivery address. I wrote them an email, but going by the reviews above I won't hold my breath. And yes, the packaging was insufficient. The item had actually come out of its box and was rattling around loose in a plastic post bag. I'm lucky it didn't break.

Ordered an interactive cat toy which not only took weeks to arrive, but arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. Have been trying for 4 weeks to get a replacement but have not had a single response to any of the 10 emails I have sent. Stay away, pay a little more and go with a reputable company.

Miscota has a great website, that is misleading as when you buy something the web site says it will take 3-5 working days for delivery. It is not until it is paid for that you get an email saying it will be delivered in 21-30 days.
This appears to be giving false information about their delivery time. Be aware.
