Great unit. Control panel is easy to navigate. works very well in warming house in winter . Yet to use in summer. Very happy with the ducted unit. very happy with splits installed in rental house

So happy we chose this - was very affordable, runs night and day and has kept us really warm this winter.
The outdoor unit is next to a bedroom so it is great that is it so much quieter than our old system. I love the Wifi control too - can set it to come on before I even get home.
One thing to get used to is it takes a few minutes to start cranking out air, not the instant response you might be used to from older units but certainly does the job once it gets going.
Purchased in May 2021 for $9,800.
