Moccona Coffee sachets were up until recently our favourite coffee treat, even introduced them to the office tea room! Now it froths like a Berocca and taste is nowhere near the same. Nothing like the cappuccino we used to love. Time to try another brand, another instance of attempting to fix something that is not broken and failing. e.g BBQ shapes.

I drink the latte sachets, it has changed dramatically not for the better. It makes a crackling sound it tastes like water and you getblobs of powder because it doesn't dissolve like it use to. Go back to how it was as I'm not buying anymore.

I've been drinking 4 or 5 cups of moccona cappuccino for 2 years now absolutely loved it up until recently when they changed the ingredients including the frother.
it's not as creamy as it used to be and flavour has tottaly changed also it was not stated on package that the that ingredients were different.
Very disappointed would love the old one back.

Have been drinking Latte for several years loved it no problem. Now this coffee induces immediate vomiting until I have got rid of the offending drink from my system. This product now contains a large amount of phosphorus which i have an aversion too. Thanks moccona for filling your coffee with poison.

I am so disappointed in this product. My co-worker and I were looking forward to enjoying an afternoon treat. When alas, we realized after the first sip how very wrong we are. To our horror, the coffee or shall I say concoction tasted more like cappuccino dish soap then the delicious hot beverage we all know. I would never consume this again. I suggest that Moccona conducts a taste test, as it seems like they must have asked a washing machine whether or not it tasted good. I am kind of offended if i am honest.

I sent an email to Moccona as I thought I had a bad batch as when I poured the hot water on, it made a noise like that Popping Candy sound and was all lumpy no matter how much I stirred it and also seemed weaker than usual. They sent me a reply email saying:-
Due to over-whelming consumer demand, our Moccona product development specialists have recently improved the frothiness of our entire sachets range.
While this premium ingredient has been used in our products in Europe for many years, it is new to the Australia/New Zealand products.
I have since had another box of this new batch and I am very disappointed as I loved their Latte Sachets.

Latest batch of coffee sachels has change significantly & there is definately less coffee in the satchels then previously. Taste is not up to previous batch si backbto Nescafe for me !

Drank moccona strong at least 4 times a day . Latest batch obviously changed recipe . Very disappointed and will search for alternative

I drank strong Cappuccino sachet Coffee all day long, loved it. I will not be drinking it any more now they have obviously changed the recipe. It tastes different and froths up so much and froth is lumpy, sticky and most unpleasant. What have they done to it?

I'm not a huge fan of coffee in sachets as it is, but the Moccona ones are completely undrinkable. Powdery and watery at the same time, no matter how long I stir it for (and yes, I do only add 150mls water - I even add a dash of milk). I've never had a problem making up any other sachet coffee, (powder in first, add hot water stirring constantly whilst adding etc). My husband recently bought three boxes of Moccona because they were only $2.50 a box, and I can guarantee these will sit in the cupboard until the end of time. (He gets why they were so cheap now!)

This is by far the best alternative to a coffee shop cappuccino! A lot of the time even better!!

I've been a Moccona fan of coffee for years and when your Moccona Cappuccino was released, I switched with no hesitation when the froth was improved.. even better still!! Why Moccona gave their good name to this muck is beyond me - take the worst brand of powdered instant coffee you know, imagine it mixed with powdered milk, add hot water, and you've got "Moccona Cappuccino" - a vile concoction that has about as much to do with real coffee as a Big Mac does with a satisfying meal. Avoid at all costs.

The product is expensive; the taste is disgusting

I have tried a few of them and find that they don't really give you a full mug as do the other brands...It advises to grab your favourite mug or cup but only to add 150mls of water...it looks like the tides gone out if using a mug as its only half full....if you add extra water then you weaken the coffee....otherwise its quite enjoyable

Easy to make. A good alternative to buying a daily cappucino from the coffee shop. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the flavour - I would prefer something a bit stronger.

the name suggests should eb a high quality coffee but i find it to be bland and bitter and not meeting my liking. something i dont buy but i have given it a go
these are a quick and easy way to make a good quality coffee. you can throw these into your nappy bag, handbag and use as required. just open sachet and mix with hot water and you can drink, doesnt necessarily need milk or water to be added although you can do this to help it meet your desired taste

A reasonable coffee mix but a bit watery in taste. Not as good as their latte blend. You need to mix it with milk. It is quite expensive. It is nice enough but not great. I'm giving it a 3-4
Easy enough to make, once you know you can't pour boiling water on the powder. Mix with cold water or milk first, then add the boiling water. The other main advanatage this powder has is it smells pleasant. You might not think this matters but believe you me, try the coles brand cappucino and see what i mean.
I wasn't rapt in the taste, personally. I found it a bit watery and weak and I am one who mixed it with quite a bit of milk to start with. The sachets are not as easy to tear open as they could be. I gave in and used scissors.

Whilst you pay a bit more you do get value for money
