MooGoo SPF 15 Lip Balm

Great lip balm
This stuff is fantastic. I've been searching for so long for a lip balm that has no bitter after-taste and no flavoured taste, but that stays on and actually moisturuses your lips and has some spf rating. Finally I've found it. I wish they would make a bigger 15g lip balm - the type that is easy to find in your hand bag. I also love that fact that is all natural. : )

Thick and AMAZING
I personally prefer this, because of the thickness. If I am using a lip balm (instead of a stain, colour, or gloss) it is for repair, and/or protection. This has brought my lips back from the brink on numerous occasions, especially in the dead of Winter - or the peak of summer! It lasts for a while too, I find, which is why I get my kids use it - they are hopeless at re-applications.
GREAT for kids - no complaints from them (about the lip balm anyways lol).
If I use heaps of it, I get a white-ish look, which personally doesn't bother me, but...
Will never buy again.
Sorry both my sister and I bought the spf 15 lip balm, was not happy at all, won't buy again.
Lip balm too thick and yes it did feel like using a candle.

Difficult to apply
This lip balm is too thick so difficult to apply. Once you do apply it, it makes lips look creamy white colour.
Scent isn't really appealing either. Wouldn't buy again and will have to throw out as I can't walk around with white lips.

Great for the outdoors
I think this lipbalm is great.
Was worried about buying it because of the terrible reviews, and after trying I do think it is a bit waxier than a regular lipbalm but this makes it perfect for the outdoors. I can't see this lipbalm sliding off at the beach and can see it being great on hot days. I would definitely recommend using their other lipbalms for daily use but for days in the sun this one is a winner!!!
Lip Balm Felt Terrible!
I have tried and loved the MooGoo tingling honey lip balm. Thought it would be an interesting change to try the SPF 15 Lip Balm since I live in the tropics. Bad decision. The lip balm had a very waxy texture, making it near impossible to even glide. Pretty much like using a candle stick as a lip moisturizer. The scent is not very pleasant, neither is the brownish colour.

Says it is UV filter free
The balm feels nice and the ingredients seem to be safe and / or natural. However, the pack says "UV filter free", whatever that means. Hope the balm still offers good sun protection. I quite like MooGoo's strawberry tinted lip balm, and bought the SPF 15 just for outdoors times.
made in Australia, natural and safe ingredients
not sure how good the UV protection is
