We have been dudded,we spent the extra money and thought we were getting a good product and it will not toast any sought of bread, it is as if the thermostat does not do anything you put it on full it takes for ever and you still have to do it all again. We should have saved our money and bought one from Kmart ps we did buy it at the end of 2016and has never been any good

I am about to return my second Morphy Richards 4 slice toaster to the retailer in 6 months. The first one started to blow the fuse when it was only 2 months old (both sides) and now the second one is starting to do the same when using one side, so I am left with a 2 slice toaster. It looks great with the matching kettle, but looks aren't everything, I want and expect functionality as well. We are a family of 2 and I would only use the toaster a few days a week. This toaster came highly recommended from the retailer. Never again!

I bought this toaster with Morphy Richard kettle. I love the looking with timber at the bottom. It makes my kitchen less boring. I bought the 4 slice white model. The function is as general as other 4 slice toasters. I can toast 2 sandwiches at the same time instead of doing twice. I love it’s function that it has a button to cancel toasting at any time, meaning whenever you think the bread may be over toasted, you can twist the button to cancel! That’s amazing! The price is fair as well.

Shoots slices up in the air and then on the floor. If you are interested in improving your hand and eye coordonation, this piece of work is for you- wait until the lever is released and catch slices mid air before they hit the ground. Furthermore, browning is not uniformed.

I loved the look of this toaster and the price was good, but unfortunately that performance didn't match the appearance. The cancel button often resulted in toast popping out of toaster when pushed, it was hard to get a good even toast and then the final straw was when one side stopped working (would not stay down when pressed) after 4 mths so had to return it for a refund. We only used the toaster on weekends so I would say we used it approx 20 times before it broke. Luckily Myer were very good about refunding the money so we could look for a different toaster as my confidence with this brand was broken and I did not want a replacement.

I initially purchased this toaster as it was recommended by a friend . l can honestly say this is the best toaster l have ever used . l love that l can put thicker bread in the toaster too . if l was to have an objective l wish it had a function for crumpets

Without doubt this is the worst toaster on the market. Expensive and good looking, but pathetic in every other way. It takes 4 times as long to toast than any other toaster and toasts unevenly too. An amazing waste of big money and criminal that this company flogs such a dog to the public.
