Did anyone have issues with actually having the praying the chemical? I tried squeezing the bottle to try and help create a vacuum, I've pumped the spray part for 15 mins and still nothing. I even called the 1800 number on the back and they said the chemical can become too thick and to warm it up in warm water.
This is a waste of time and money
It is a crap product that doesn’t work. I live in the tropics so the too cold excuse is crap. AVOID!!!
Can U spray on bed and blankets
No definitely only for hard surfaces, would stain linen etc. Use an Aerosol product for those.

Utter rubbish product. Who is the imbecile that runs quality testing before this junk gets foisted onto the buying public?
with the 2 litre spray pack I found after spraying ants once they seemed to die the checked after 2 hours and found them active again so i sprayed a second time gave another 2hours and they were active again so this tine I sprayrd whit the moreton 350g high performance spray pack and it worked no more ants so i believe the 2 litre is a fake as the ingredients do not work. Where are the deposits for faulty goods and refund.
can u dilute mortein surface spray as my container is very thick and only sprays a jet not a spray

Not sure, it is thick but I managed yo use it as is.
Took some effort and shaking it up but did get a spray with quick trigger action....
I would say if you dilute the solution, it would dilute and weaken the chemicals which would make the solution either less effective or useless.
I would stick to the instruction stated : " Do not dilute ". The liquid that squirts out is thick so as to be effective for its purpose. Upon dilution, its concentration will be reduced and effectiveness will be lost.
i cannot get product to come into hose....
I pull the hose out of the trigger end, then fill the hose with water to prime the hose. Then push it back into the trigger. It also helps to check that the spray nozzle is open.

The spray has left a sticky lumpy inconsistent residue all over my window frames and everywhere else I sprayed it. Does this dry by itself? I’m concerned a dog or cat might try and lick it? Should I wipe it off?

The only way I can get it to spray sometimes is to take sprayer and tubing from bottle submerse the tubing in a tub of water and prime or pump the handle until it sprays water and then quickly replace tubing into poison bottle and keep spaying. I have had some success but just last night it stopped spraying and my hands were exhausted from pumping the sprayer so I could not get it to work again. I to would love the product to work or any suggestions to make the one I have work with more ease. I threw it away and bought coles own brand...worked a treat and was so easy to use. So....i will never buy this product again and will never recomend it.I had the very same problem. Is this safe to use around Pets? I have an female indoor cat and a male outdoor cat I'm a little hesitant to use this product but the cockroaches around our house are so big in size and number and they have wings they freak me out! My indoor cat is a very good hunter and loves to torment them and leaves the dead carcass of these pests everywhere so I'm worried this might affect her.

How do i get the pump to work i have spent hours try to get it to work, i phone the help line they sent me a replacement pump it dose not work either.
Save yourself the hassle and use your own sprayer. Better still, take it back and get a refund.
I got the pump to work by shortening the hose so the pump sits just above the top of the container. Took me a while to work it out but it works good now.
