Spending the day waiting for this product to spray!!!
After the disappointment of the outdoor unit I turned my attention to the brand new indoor product. The wife and I set the unit up as the instructions stated, it lets out this very tiny gasp of spray and then nothing. I have sat here for more than three hours and nothing. Merry Christmas to the makers of Mortein from me as the money spent on these products could have fed a small village!
Waste of damn money
the red lever wont move - it is stuck solid - i have put new batteries in it along with a new can of spray and it still wont work - its a 200km round trip to where i bought it from - my nearest stockist - and thats not a happening thing - what do i do to make it work apart from crushing it

Don't know if it works on insects but it was making us sick.
We purchased this on 18/12/2016.We used this for one day only. The smell was so strong and unpleasant. Then I developed a severe headache and sinus pain. My eyes were irritated. We turned it off and removed it from the house. My husband also had sinus and eye problems. Like Maryanne I checked the active ingredients. These are not chemicals I wish to be exposed to..

Don't waste your money
The dispenser doesn't work - it just dribbles out spray and leaves a pool of liquid on the floor (be careful it stains!). A useless product. I've had to throw mine out.

Poisonous, despite the name
After researching the active ingredients – which are not listed on the packaging – I discovered why my asthma, sinus headaches & fatigue improved when we shut it off. I'm now experiencing joint pain, and wonder what other "invisible" side effects months of breathing that poison have caused.
Very very poor
Your product is very poor, doesn't work. Your products are crap. I would like my 15$ back please. I boomed my house and they are still walking.

What's with the strobe light?
The product works but just try sleeping in the same room with it. The strobe light is active every 20 seconds or so to indicate it is working but why? I turned it on, it should work. Fair enough, glow red when empty but forget they hire light. The three I bought are going in the bin.

Terrible value for money
At $15/refill and only lasting 3 weeks, it equates to $5/week.
In that time I found 3 dead cockroaches on my tile floor, but I suspect that was because of the surface spray I use instead around my doorways instead.
$20/month is far too expensive and terrible value for money in my opinion. I will not be purchasing any refills. Cheap surface sprays and baits will do me just fine, will last much longer and offer better value for money.
I decided to give in and buy a refill to give it a second try today. It's Summer time and I'm leaving my windows open for longer into the night to cool my home. I'm getting these pesky little flying i...

Very bad product!
The worst part of the product is the button you press, the product goes wrong and fails the effect of spray required. Buy 2 times and both times went wrong !!! No more for me!!!

I am NOT Impressed
I am NOT Impressed with your Naturegard Indoor, it certainly does NOT last the month and it seems to attract flies. You need to do something to rectify this as I am Not willing to continue purchasing an item that does work as it's tv commercials say.
Great Product.
I live in an area, near a waste dump. I have prob 100 or more flies a day. As soon as I used this, I had about 200 hundred flies on my floor within 2 days. It def works. I just did a massive spring clean of my house, and found 4 dead Huntsman spiders. I dont like the price, but I love the Results. Will always buy it.
wasted money triggered hayfever
Does not work, false hope in a can seen more roaches than ever and has triggered my hay fever will not be buying refills.
Not happy JAN
I saw the ad on TV and instantly thought, Yes! A product by a "trusted brand" to stop flies in its track (if you see the ad the insects are stopped by a "barrier". I have followed user directions, also having only that door open. I even have it on high due to the amount of flies. But no, the flies are still buzzing around inside the house unaffected. I have given this product 1 month and will never buy it again, or recommend it. Waist of money. Thanks for the false hope Mortein.

Absolutely useless so save your money
Have bi-fold doors and thought this product sounded great as we could not afford to install the retractable fly-screen at this moment. Well it turns out the fly's have more freedom in our home than we do so no more open
bi-folds till the flyscreen gets installed.
Not happy
it says it lasts 30 days mine lasted 3 weeks but kept switching it of or it would have only lasted 2 weeks at the most if it supose to last 30 days it should so false advertising

Don't leave your doors open I want my money back
Left the unit running as suggested for 48hours no change in insect behaviour. Sprayed directly on to the insects with again no change don't leave your doors open with this running it can't help you.

False Advertising, almost - read the fine print
Product works to some extent as others have indicated but don't use it if you don't like inhaling the synthetic chemicals. As stated, it contains plant-based pyrethrins, but less than 20% by weight, These don't work very well so more than 80% of it is Piperonyl butoxide and N-Octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide and these are continually being sprayed into the air you are breathing.

It would be awesome if it killed flys...
I want to love this product. It sits on a bookshelf and diligently sprays its spray on a regular basis. As it says, it's s a fine mist, and the $15 bottle of insecticide lasts almost a month. We rest knowing that we are being subjected to about the same amount of spray every 24 hours as a 3-4 second spray from a regular can. UNFORTUNATELY our flys do too. They happily fly around in in the room, totally unaffected by the unit.
I would like to give this review five stars, but a fly spray unit that doesn't kill flys isn't a particularly useful addition to a home.
Try again Mortien.
Too expensive
It was good while it lasted. A week for two cans is too expensive at approximately $15 a can. Why can't it be cheaper.

Kills 'em dead
Bought this for the kitchen but it has been so much more effective than we thought. We have a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and this tiny unit takes Care of the flying pests throughout. It takes down anything from large dragonflies to tiny fruit flies. The odourless is just that, completely odourless so the only way to tell it has run out is when you start noticing flies.
It works very well
Not as effective
From NZ... I have used this product with much success for about 3 years and been really happy with it in the past.
This summer tho, ole Louie the fly just keeps on rolling in, even tho I have been trying the 3 different 'flavours' and there are no changes around our home. Am currently looking for a new 'insect free' system
In the past, Convenience
Now, Lack of effectiveness

Does not kill, but slows some insects down
Placed this in an appropriate area (as per instructions), but there are still crawling and flying insects everywhere around the room (there are less though). Eventually I removed the canister from the dispenser and sprayed directly on the insects - it slows some of them down, but the rest just keeps walking about.
Simple to use, lasts as long as provided in description, comes with batteries, refreshing scent
does not kill all insects.
