Purchased 2 of these pillows...followed instructions fluffing and putting in dryer for 10 minutes. One came out just right but the other fluffed up much bigger. Is there a way to get it flatter after it is already fluffed up?

The standard pillowcase will be very snug and will make the pillow harder than it already is. It is a very uncomfortable pillow. I didn't like it.

Hello,
From my own usage pillow cases are OK,although as I stated at the end of my review. The bambillos are larger than standard pillows and require additional purchase;the standard bambillo pillows do have removable covering and fully washable

Initiallly by hitting it hard several times a day until its nice and high. Once I started to use pillow I shape it around me as I want. The only thing I now do when I make bed is to turn pillow around. I love sleeping on this pillow...always getting a good night sleep.

Keep the cover and replace the pillow with one that you like

Beat the living day lights out of the pillow to plump it up and re-shape it. Re-read the original instructions and follow, as it basically tells you to do this, they just word it better
