Ordered on 25th November for delivery by 5th December, should have received no later than 29th according to their delivery times, tried contacting them several times, email, messenger...nothing, not one response. Reported them to fair trading NSW and emailed them advising them of this, surprise, I got a response FINALLY,, wanted to know why I wanted a credit lol, umm maybe because they never arrived? Was told they would look into. To cut a long story short, after a lack of communication and no responses only after being threatened with going to fair trade did they respond. In my opinion, this company is unprofessional and do not care. How they are still operating is beyond me, I should have read reviews beforehand. NEVER AGAIN!!

Received a belle rose with glass sorrounding turned up broken with wrong spelling emailed 4 times with no response ended up driving to shop from newcastle only to find a empty shop in beverly hills do not buy anything from this shop

This company refuses to take responsibility for their faulty items and just ignores all communication after multiple emails and online requests for 7 months straight. Not a professional company at all.

Theres nothing more universal than sending flowers to show someone you care and love them.

I recently got a job as chef and I made enough money to buy my sister a dome like in beauty and the beast. She is a real fan. The look in her eyes as I bought it to her. I felt happenes in my hearts.

Terrible service!! No customer service, unable to contact, no phone number listed and They do not reply to any emails. I wont use again and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased a gift for someone valued at $228 3 weeks ago and not yet received it . They will not respond to any of my messages to where abouts it is and what the tracking number is. Please beware of where you purchase things from. A lot are scams like this company . Shocking . There is no number to contact them on either. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ive had my beautiful red rose for 18 months now, and its as perfect and vibrant as the day I received it. My now Husband, gave it to me when he proposed and it was simply the most wonderful gift, inscribed with - will you marry me - I love it and it looks like Ill have a long time to keep loving it!!!

There flowers actually last longer than a year. The first time I bought flowers from them was way over a year ago and they still look like I bought them yesterday

A friend got a bouquet delivered for my birthday and while there was problems with the delivery and getting here later than she ordered, It is absolutely stunning and couldnt be more happier with the way the look. Definitely worth it if you are looking to get some.

I have loved these roses since they came out back in 2014. I purchased my first Belle back then and it is still in my house until this day. I have seen other companies that do the exact same thing and MLB is by far the best. The shipping times are so quick, the quality can not be flawed and their customer service is a delight to deal with. I have asked to have orders delivered the same day within hours and they have done it endless times without any additional charges. Their passion is truly reflected in each and every piece they make.

Ordered a personalised bouquet to be delivered internationally for my best friend’s Father’s funeral. The item never showed & the merchant won’t respond to FB, Insta or email (they don’t have a phone number which is very sus!) I contacted Afterpay as that’s how I paid & after a “nudge” from Afterpay they responded once that they would give me a full refund but when asked when I could expect the refund they have yet again disappeared from all correspondence. Absolute thieves! $300 down the drain & more importantly no flowers made it to the funeral. I have never been so disgusted with a company (if you can call it that) before. Will be lodging a complain with Fair Trading.

The product only lasted 2 months and they refused a refund and stopped replying to my emails. They said the would test them for a problem before a refund but never collected them and stopped answering me.

Very pathetic never ever again they didn’t reply at all and ignored afterpay didn’t try and chase it up at all no excuse and very poor communication never order anything from this company

The service was amazing and the best!! Even though i ordered it last min they made it happen and it was quick! It arrived before i even expected and the flowers are beyond perfect!! Would highly recommend.
