Hi. I rang Ash in the accounts department regarding refund Of $200 deposit that was paid twice for Job 27362 and he advised that it was paid twice and would be refunded into my bank account but that two months ago and nothing has happened. Would you please check for me.

I was overcharged an additional $110 by the movers from MyMoovers when I used their service 3 months ago. Since then I have raised a ticket through their support portal, called multiple times to which I am either left on hold for >1hr or am passed to the wrong team (i.e. sales or fleet, when I am trying to reach the complaints team). The few times I have been able to get through to the complaints team, I have been assured that the payment is being processed, but nothing has happened. When am I going to get a legitimate response?

Thank your lucky stars, Stephen O, that you were only overcharged $110, My Moovers stole my daughter’s entire load of furniture and belongings several months ago! We have contacted various govt. bodies, police, fair trading etc. with no help whatsoever. She also paid them hundreds of dollars in storage fees which was never repaid. She has had to start all over again thanks to these thieves. It’s far from over however, I won’t rest till these thugs are brought to justice!

Forget about getting money from them. I don't think even the company exist.
I am in the same situation as you. They damaged the mirror of my dressing table. I've also raised a ticket.
They are not even answering my calls.
I am going to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

Same here. I’ve been waiting for my reimbursement for over a month now. They broke my leather headboard of my bed. My husband couldn’t be bother to chase up again. He called the service center one after another. They put us on hold for so long before we can talk to someone. And then they said the person in charge isn’t in the office...they promise to transfer the money via bank transfer but it never happens. I left a review here and on google review. And i did report to Fair trading as well. If I can’t get the money back, i don’t think you could Simon sorry...

They owe thousands to numerous customers even those through vcat not paid to customers so we've found out. We've been informed they've started new companies as well. Maybe we all should start a facebook page dedicated to complaints where customers affected can discuss. These people are feral.

Make a complaint in fair trade !!

We used your services and had your drivers threaten us and hold our belongings hostage and now I see a review published under my partners name definitely not written by us. There is no way in hell you deserve any stars. Remove it immediately. We will be reporting your company. STILL WAITING ! STILL NOT REMOVED. The review that we did not write under our google IP or give permission to be published on this page has still not been removed. You have published false information under our name.

Wow. I had the very same experience. The drivers refused to unload truck until I paid in cash. I thought my review had just been withheld because I gave such a bad, but truthful, review. Maybe mine has also been misrepresented!! I will be checking now to see!!

Hi Jodie, this company is shocking. Those (FAKE?) 5* reviews are suspicious not to say laughable. They don't reply to calls or messages, I'm reporting them to ACCC. Current affair would be a good idea too.

If you call a current affair let me know. I can show them damage to my furniture, my door frames, fridge ... and can also tell them about the team turning up 4 hours late WITHOUT the required boxes or packing material. Absolute gangsters!!!

Yes we reported them to ACCC and I would recommend the same. They are horrific and there’s no point contacting them. They need to be shut down. All these positive reviews are fakes

I went to VCAT and got an order in my favour. They haven't paid it yet, so now I submit the order to the Magistrates Court this week for enforcement proceedings to take place.

Guys, any suggestions on how to tackle MyMovers, there are hundreds of people who have suffered with their services and some even had to engage police per their reviews, how do we make sure others don’t fall into the trouble like us? Any lawyers who can gather all the victims of MyMovers and contribute some money to take an action? What’s the best way, my heart is burning by looking at their fake 5star reviews and people who are facing challenges with their services. How do we unite and fight?

I had a traumatic experience engaging their services on top of damage to my goods and losing money for their deliberate slow work.

Finally after a month of followup for the damages to my fridge caused by your reckless team, giving me a traumatic experience in engaging MyMovers and finally for dragging the work to charge more money... you guys offered me $110. You guys taught me a lesson on how to read the reviews and how not to fall for the sales talk. Thank you.

They just have hundreds and hundreds more victims to compensate including the vcat claims not compensated.

I used them to move on Saturday 4/1 and my review is genuine, I can't demonstrate it to you without providing personal info so that won't be happening. If I had have read all of these Q&A's prior to the move I definitley wouldn't have used them as there are too many bad experiences, it seems like I got quite lucky.

What alerted you to the questions and answers section here now as it doesn't notify the customer only My Moovers? This company are proven liars and thats a fact. Also if you were happy with their service why on earth would you be taking the time to read this review pages question and answers section without being alerted. Both people exactly 2 hours ago. Lies!!

I seriously doubt the 5 star reviews, because they have names of the people, ieatwords didn’t accept my 1star review with the names, how is that 5 star reviews are accepted with the names, it’s fishy, the services and also reviews. I was told that I get my refund for the damaged fridge and the deliberate delay and extra charges a month ago and still waiting... guys, their service is beyond you can imagine... the worst!

I am sorry if you are disbelieving of my review. The names are genuine and I was extremely pleased with these two young men.
I was extremely sick on the day (migraine and nausea with vomiting) and they made sure I had a place to lay from beginning to end and were very respectful to not make me feel uncomfortable. Only asking questions when necessary. My husband and children were all allowed to participate in the move.

I am happy it worked for you. But many of the 400+ reviews with single star and horrible experience they have gone through resonates with what I have gone through. Even the compliance team they promised a refund about month ago but no sign of receiving the same.

Question:My client has notified your establishment via your ticketing system on three separate occasions with no response or via phone. Also the link you have clearly specified on other complaints on this public forum reveals a broken website (www.support.mymoovers.com.au) once clicked. Please clarify why you have not responded and why your company has provided an incorrect link? This is obviously negligence on your companies behalf. Please clarify.
No response ??? Still no response 17/12/2019. Client submitted a ticket, phoned your company on several different occasions, received no return calls or responses and your company purposely chose to hang up several times. 29/12/2019. Your company is still posting a broken link in regards to complaints just 2 days ago. You were notified so your company is fully aware. The 5 star reviews are not written by your customers. Absolute nightmare with my move

Horrible experience with myMovers, if you want to have peace of mind with your house move.. dont use them. Nick was the driver who is completely unprofessional... unprofessional is a very small word for his behavior. I doubt how are they still in business? Snails pace work, constantly on phone.. they drag the work to double the hours and charge more... nightmare.

They are a scam. I booked a move,paid a deposit. They didn't even bother to tell me they had no intention of doing my move. Did not arrive,blocked my number when I complained. I'll never get my deposit back.

I can't believe you are still in business when you damage every customers property and fill in fake reviews with 5 stars. The reason why I know your reviews are fake is because most of the reviews fake customer know the delivery drivers first and last name how is that even possible. I hope the law catches up with you sooner or later. If not then so you know there is a higher power that will deal with you eventually. Your fraudulent and ridiculous company is like a pie in the sky.

Their so called new process is just an excuse to string people along. The constant fake reviews are used as a vendetta towards their customers. My moovers composition of fake gratitude replies towards their own written reviews is disgraceful and pitiful along with the fake public apologies and all of the above mentioned shows what little intelligence you possess.

Hello my moovers

Im Fitriati, I used your serviced yesterday with your company . As from 23 Stuart Avenue Normanhurst to 67/2-4 Lodge St Hornsby, I believe when you give me quote as your service is with 6tons of truck plus 2 removalist .

But I have to make a complain because we booked for 1pm but they coming at 3pm with small truck from 2 tons budget Rental truck.
Im not very happy at all I feel been rip off with your service . Plus my husband and my son need to help them to load a stuff to the truck for them, thats unacceptable.
Because they come with a small truck they have to make 2 trips thats so unnecessary at all, and if they come with 6tons or truck as your promise to me when I receive a quote from you . It will be 1trip.
As my experience when we move from Werrington to Normanhurst it took less time and money with 6tones of truck 2removalist and 1trip only .

Could you please consider with this matter and with over payment is well.
