Worst hair removal product!

published

Do not waste your money on this! I was so hopeful. If it worked it would be a great idea... Unfortunately it doesn't remove one single hair. So disappointed :(

Rubbish

Company should be done for misrepresentation. Only have a few hairs to remove, did not remove any despite using nearly all,the wand. What a total waste of money

Didn't work AT ALL

published

Followed instructions exactly, wax did not grip to the cloth at all.
Didn't remove a single hair. Wasted my money and irritated as would have been great if it actually worked.

Terrible product i have ever purchaes

published

I purchased this product, as having a new baby I am time restricted! Well, what a waste of money. All my eye-brows hairs are still there. I think, they do not deserve even one star!

This is the worst product I have ever used

published

Tried it twice. Followed the instructions to a tee. Even did it the second time with my mum to make sure I was doing it right. The strip just slid off my face. Washed with the cleanser, dried my face with a hair drier to make sure it was super dry. The wax wouldn't stick to the hair, the wax was just soaking up into the strip. I put the slightest amount on, onto one hair, it was like putting oily toffee on it.

Waste of money, directions are terrible.

Excellent

found it very easy to use especially on the eyebrows and upper lip, lasted quite a while, i just had to buy more cotton strips for only a few dollars more, i definatly reccommend this product to every family and friend.
very easy to use and convenient, easy twist of the bottom to control how much you need, can wax eyebrows into shape, affordable, can take it away with you when on holidays, love the smell of the clensing wipes
not alot to dislike, maybe it could supply more clensing wipes, and strips but you can easily purchase the strips separatly

Bad

I found that this type of wax didnt pick up many of my hairs, The wax didnt really stick to the cloth, there was alot left on the skin though easily washed off if it got onto hairs you didnt want to remove.
I like the idea of a wand, not very expensive. Cheaper than a poffessional wax job and simple to use
Not enough cloth strips, they say reusable but they dont seem to work the second time after being washed, and even after being washed they get all freyed. I had to do my eyebrows over and over as it wasnt really working.

Are you sure your pulling it from the right way? I did it the wrong way once and it doesn't work, but the right way does very well

This is a great product. It does what it's meant to do. It removes the hair effectively. I wouldn't recommend this if your on a budget, as you would only get 4-6 shots out of the packet, so really it's not economical buying. However its great for touch ups or small areas of the body. Also good if you went traveling and don't want to carry a tub of wax.
Very easy to use
Not enough strips or cleansing wipes in pack

This product is great if you need to either give yourself a quick wax or tidy up. It is so easy to use, and does not make a mess. The includes the wax wand, wax strips and cleaning wipes all for one small price. You can do around 4-5 wax's for the price of one wax in a salon.
Very easy to use, very cheap (about the price of one wax), lasts for 4-5 wax's, great for a full wax or just a tidy up.
the wax can dry out quickly, there aren't really enough cleaning wipes or wax strips, but they are easy to buy separate.

Pretty good product. If you are capable enough to do it yourself you can save a bundle of money. I use it for my upper lip area as I'm not brave enough to try my eyebrows just in case! Worth giving this product a try.
Great for people that have a busy lifestyle and can't make it to a wax parlor all the time. It is pretty easy to use and a lot cheaper than wax parlor.
I don't think have enough cleaning strips. I always have some baby oil on hand to help clean up the residue.

great waxing kit, saves you heaps of money instead of going to the salon. I would be willing to go all out and change my eyebrow shape myself but its great for tidy ups.
Great price, lasts at least for 4-5 waxes, the gel is about the price of one salon eyebrow wax. AT bigw or supermarkets so very easy to find.
im not game to try and re-design my whole eyebrow shape just in case i screw it up. Wish i could buy more cleansing wipes and little strips seperately. In hot weather the wax wont stick properly so keep it cool.

This is the first 'facial wand' I've used, it's like hair removal cream and wax in one. You can shape your eyebrows, remove upper lip hair, and you can just wash away the excess gel if you made any mistakes. There should be more strips included, or you should be able to buy them separately because you run out shortly after, and it would be a waste of money to buy another packet for the strips.
So easy to use, you can shape your eyebrows perfectly or remove upper lip hair. It's very affordable and easy to find.
There should be more strips included.

Simple, effective and cheap way to get rid of fuzzy eyebrows/upper lips etc. More/bigger strips would help as there is so much of the product itself
Simple to use, especially for shaping eyebrows. Works perfectly.
As others have said, not enough fabric strips come with it. It also wouldn't hurt if the strips were a little bigger so you could easily use them more than once and do full areas with them instead of partial sections.

This is a great product for someone who does their own eyebrows at home, which is what i used this for. I normally just pluck my eyebrows but every few months need this wax to make my eyebrows look a lot neater. I buy it from woolworths and it is reasonable priced, certainly a lot cheaper than getting eyebrows done by a pro at a salon. My only complaint is there is not enough strips in the pack so that is a bit disappointing.
Great little product to do your eyebrows.
I agree with the other reviewer about there not being enough strips
