When I used this product for the first time, I made sure I followed the instructions. But when I left it on for the first minute, I felt a bit of burn on the treated area. I tested the treated area to see if it removed any facial hair, which it did. So I followed the instructions, damped a cloth and wiped it over the treated area. But as soon as I removed the cream of my face, I could see my skin was turning very red, and it had began to itch, burn and really hurt.

Good
The cost is pretty good compared to other facial hair removal creams. It doesn't take much time and is not very messy. Make sure you follow the enclosed instructions to avoid after effects. I would recommend this proeudct to anyone looking for a cheap, quick and pain-free alternative to waxing.
This hair removal cream is easy to use and it DOESN"T HURT!! The price is pretty good and you get quiet a few applications from the bottle.
It doesnt last as long as waxing but as it is pain free it isn't really that much of a con!

I found this product to be very convenient, no appointments, no red marks and no mess. Also very reasonably priced and can be used on sensitive skin. The tube last for a number of applications, whereas you pay for every time you go and get waxing done.
The process only takes about 10 minutes and is almost pain free. You can use this product on yourself. I bought Nair because i had used other products of the same brand and found they worked really well.
The hair grows back quite quickly, waxing does last longer. I had a burning feeling for a few hours following.

I just used it, my skin is burning. In sooo much pain. It burnt my skin and took a layer of skin off. My skin looks terrible and it didn’t even remove all the hair. Worse experience

Obviously some people have more sensitive skin and this product may not suit. I do know if u leave it on too long will be quite red for couple hours but cant say it burnt me.

I used this product and it left me with horrible flaky dry skin, and now a little are on my upper lip is turning black. It's been a week that I have had a black patch on my face, how do I get rid of it?

You must have sensitive skin and maybe should have tested a less sensitive area of your body. I have used it for many many years, I am fair and have had no reaction except if I leave on too long skin goes red but that goes after awhile. I just put on some very plain moisturizer even sorbeline after using it. Cant offer any advice about going black sorry.
