I have been a client of Naritas for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their comprehensive and very professional service. Ana and Andrew have helped me to secure a number of properties, and have guided me every step of the way, ensuring a smooth pathway to settlement and beyond. Have been with Naritas for over 18 months now. They are one of the most helpful brokers which I can recommend. Guides you throughout the process of refinance, suggesting you options which suits to my needs. I don't hesitate recommending them.

I found Naritas online while browsing online. I was not happy with my previous bank ANZ in regards to the interest rate and fees on my homeloan. I dropped Naritas and email and a few hours later Andrew contacted me. He was professional, sincere and honest about my refinance options. I also did my own research and it confirmed that Andrew recommendation was the best on the market at the time. He also offered me an additional $1000 refinance rebate as a sweetener to the deal. From the start of the process up until settlement, I only had to deal with a single point of contact. My assigned credit manager was easily reachable during extended hours, and even on Saturdays close to settlement.

Any questions I had were swiftly answered in a way which was easily understandable even though it was my first time purchasing a property, and the first time dealing with Naritas.
