We engaged Ana from Naritas to assist us with the purchase of our investment property. We have been extremely impressed by Ana's reliable, professional and approachable way of working. I used Naritas to refinance a loan and it was a long drawn out process - mainly due to the bank i was refinancing to.

It was a constant battle to get any significant 'updates' on the progression of my refinance.
There was a couple times I was told by Naritas that settlement would be booked in shortly, only to find out a few weeks later that documents were still being chased up by the bank.

I found that talking to the customer service team was better on the phone than through emails however.

Would I use Naritas again? Yes. Would I refinance to the bank they recommended no.

I used Naritas to refinance my home loan. Although the bank we were moving to were quite disorganised, Naritas were extremely helpful in chasing up our application and keeping us updated. They were very responsive to all queries and requests, and they even made a house call over the holidays to get some final paperwork sorted out, which saved us a trip into the city, and was much appreciated. Great service all round, highly recommended.

As noted by another reviewer Naritas has gone downhill since [name removed] and [name removed] left the Company. Very disappointed in how they handled existing business. No response to my calls after providing them with documents which were requested. Found out a month later they had not instructed lender accordingly or actioned as required. Costly exercise in the end and going elsewhere. I can no longer recommend.

Like me, I imagine you stumble upon a mortgage broker when you're unhappy with what your current bank is doing for you. I had a similar experience with BOQ. I looked around and found Naritas to be offering the best rebate I could find on the market. The whole experience was smooth; they are lender agnostic (as far as I can tell) and while they gave me some useful suggestions I ended up finding a better product for me which was no problem for them.
