Bad side effect
I've been taking nature's own for a few months now in preparation for getting pregnant. I am not pregnant yet but have developed some awful cystic acne. It's not hormonal as nothing else has changed and again I am Not Pregnant. The only other time I had this kind of acne was when o took evening primrose oil I'm my 20s and I figured that was a once off allergic reaction
After reading about similar experiences with some prenatal vitamins I am going to ask my doctor for a recommendation and try some alternatives.

Nil side effects.
I took this prenatal vitamins in my first pregnancy. I did not have any side effects with it. Using it again for my second pregnancy. It is cheap and affordable. Like that you only have to take once a day. Highly recommended. Bought the 120 tabs for $28, 4 month's supply.

Good vitamins no side effect for me
I have been taking these vitamins for over a year since pre-conception and I am still taking them while breastfeeding. I had a great pregnancy and haven't been sick or overly tired. The composition is well balanced and they are good value. I would recommend.to anyone planning to have a baby.

Good prenatal vitamins, but NO to side effect.
I ran out of Elevit so i decided to try this one because it is cheaper. Day2 of taking it, reflux free- hmmm in my case not really, burp with vitamins after taste all day (disgusting). I just bought it, so I might continue until the next cycle and probably switch back to Elevit.

Love this vitamin
This pregnancy vitamin has 50mg of B6 which also helps with lengthening your luteal phase while the other pregnancy vitamins don't have enough b6 to help so this one for me was a winner, aswell as having all the other vitamins and folic acid to help you and your baby.

Good vitamin, not good side effects
The right amount of vitamins and minerals and easy to swallow.
Side effects that started after 2-3 months of use include:
Foul smelling urine (smells like infection).
Extreme frequency in urination. (5+in 1hr)
Vitamin burps (bad taste when burping).

Excellent!
My last 2 pregnancies I took elivite and I had terrible repocussions within days of taking it. I am now on Natures Own for my third pregnancy and have had no ill effects so far. I take my tablet in the morning with breakfast. I like the idea that you can take the tablet before, during and after baby.
Once a day tablet and reasonably priced
Rather large tablet

Don't cause nausea, right amount of vitamins and minerals
Have found these tablets don't cause nausea or vomiting, taken in the evening before bed with a snack.
If you are trying to make a choice between this and other brands, take the time to compare the amount of vitamins and minerals these have vs other tablets.
A number of brands I looked at didn't actually have that much folic acid or iodine in them. Higher levels would be especially important if diet wasn't good due to morning sickness.
1 tablet a day, high levels of vitamins and minerals

I've been taking this for about 12 months and it supplements my daily vitamin intake. As I often find it hard to eat all the foods that I’m supposed to eat during pregnancy, so it’s giving me piece of mind that my baby is getting what she needs without me having to constantly worry that I’m not eating what I should be. When you calculate the price per tablet, it works out much cheaper when compared to other brands such as Elevit and Blackmores Pregnancy & Breast-Feeding Gold for virtually the same thing. The latter Pregnancy Supplement is more ...Read more
expensive because you’ll have take 2 tablets each time, whereas you’ll only need to take one tablet a day with this. A good price when compared to other brands and you’ll only need to take one tablet a day. The size of the tablet is large to swallow.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Good
Overall I am happy with these multivitamins and will continue to take them - I don't like Elevit's aggressive marketing and won't buy them on principle (plus they are too expensive) - this is a decent alternative; I don't really notice a difference in wellbeing when I am on them but that's not why I take them - it's for bubs, not me
Better priced than a lot of the premium brands but still contains everything you need including iodine (which I don't think Elevit has); Only have to take one per day
Capsules too big to swallow but I haven't found a brand with fish oil that is any different

Excellent
Very good product. I was using Elevit but changed over to Natures Own half way into my pregnancy because it is a lot cheaper and has everything that the other pregnancy vitamins have.
The price a lot better than Elevitt, especially if you get it on special. I recommend checking the prices at several places.

My favourite pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamin
I love this product. I love the fact it's only once a day and it doesn't make me gag, and I have no trouble swallowing (despite it's quite large size). It comes in blister packs which is handy if you need to travel for a little bit and saves you having to cart around a large bottle.
I used these for ages, throughout my preconception, pregnancy and afterwards. I briefly switched when I got a real bargain on some other vitamins, but I am going back to these in my second pregnancy.
Inexpensive, only once-a-day, seemed to do the job!
The blister packs can be noisy if taking in bed in the morning and trying not to wake the hubby.

No sickness like other pregancy vitamins
Overall these vitamins are fantastic, I took them throughout my pregnancy and am still taking them while breastfeeding. I found these did not make me feel sick at all, I have them in the morning before breakfast. I tried Blackmores and they made me feel sick and throw up. So these were a welcome change.
Easy to swallow, no sickness, feel positive effects from regular use.

Good
I would recommend this product to all women who are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant and who are breastfeeding after pregnancy. I have taken this product for about 10 months now and believe that it does give me a better sense of wellbeing. I noticed that if I stopped taking it I dont feel quite as good. I dont know if it is all in my head or if it does actually help, but my doctor said it was ok that I was taking it and to continue taking it. I have also had problems with low iron during and after pregancy and this helps to maintain a healthy iron level.
Easy to swallow tablets, no weird seaweed taste that you can get from some multi's, only one tablet required per day, no reflux or yucky tasting burps!
None really.
