Easy to take
I was advised by my specialist to take fish oil for my recently diagnosed arthritis so of course thought "yuck"! I checked out what was available and after taking fish oil capsules which are really large and required me to take 6 a day of the 1500ml ones or 9 a day of the 1000ml ones I thought I'd try liquid fish oil. Many brands are quite expensive, around $36, and only last about a month taking the required dosage but I found Nature's Own Liquid Fish Oil at under $20 for a 300ml bottle at the supermarket which only required 10ml to be taken...
Read more once a day to give me the required amount advised by my specialist. This too will last me a month but it's only one miniscule amount compared to trying to swallow lots of those huge fish oil capsules. It has a pleasant lemon taste to it and no after taste - it doesn't taste fishy at all. It's a bit oily, but then again, it is fish OIL. If taking for other reasons such as for the heart, the dosage is only 5ml once a day so very economical. Fresh lemony taste
