Hi Jen I would normally recommend from 12 years and over due to the size of the capsule and swallowing. There are children's chewable fish oil tabs you can purchase or liquid you can add to their orange juice.

The ingredients is safe if they want to chew one or squish the liquid out as I know some parents whose children do. But it just taste gross.
