I take it with breakfast so it works during the day. But have you tried just taking one? I gives me great relief and I know I can increase if needed when my arthritis deteriorates.

You can but even taking one is a huge relief. You get the most benifit 4 or 5 weeks down the track to be honest when you realise your not thinking about how to avoid pain all the time. It is tempting to then try stopping incase the pain is now manageable. It takes about 3 weeks in my case to just end up back at unbeatable levels. When I first started 1 a day I went from not being able to sit for an hour to scrapbooking with friends all weekend. It’s truely amazing the results. Chat to your pharmacy about other things you might be taking for best results.
