Simple but effective
It's not the most complicated formula out there (it's just omega 3s to stop inflammation and glucosamine for joint repair) but it works well enough and is actually a good price when you compare it to similar products from other companies. I run triathlons and I feel like these helped my sore knees after big runs. I use this and Nature's Way protein religiously now. Such a fan boy!
It definitely reduced my joint pain. Well priced compared to similar products from other brands.
Not exactly a medical breakthrough - fish oil, krill oil, glucosamine. Had to take them for around 2 weeks to really feel the benefit though.
