3weeks ago i was 90kg i started a healthy living life style with a high level of exercises between being a cleaner working 30hours a week and attend the gym 10times a week i am not exact 3 weeks later 84kg and i dont believe i would of been able to work near as hard with out taking this,, i feel only a little bit sore, it never lasts long, its great been a great training aid i recommend to eveyone please note i didnt notice the postitve side effects till 3rd day and then on the 5th was really feeling it
