Great promise but not delivering
I like this Navman EZY360LMT GPS as it is relatively simple to use and has a nice big screen. However after 18 months of use it has now failed, and despite doing a reload via my PC, the screen is stuck in some sort of calibration mode. Very disappointing.

Hi tedf,
Sorry to know that your device has no sound. Not to worry, I am here to help.
The first thing I would suggest is to check if your device’s speaker is working. Please go to Main menu > Settings > Audio. Select the desired volume level. You should hear a “test” sound. If the device is not producing any sound, please perform a hard reset by poking the reset hole at the back of it.
