This was also my favourite from the Nescafé range of sachet boxes. I’m also from Hobart Tas. Nescafé, you now have 2 disappointed people and I’m sure there are more out there feeling the disappointment of not finding this flavour on your shelves any more. Hope you can listen to us and bring it back

Hi Macy and Suzy, sadly we discontinued our NESCAFÉ Gold Cappuccino and Cappuccino Intense sachets in September 2022, so have no more available. The decision to stop making this product wasn't an easy one as we know there were some loyal fans. We still have our NESCAFÉ Café Creations Cappuccino available in a 10 or 26 pack which includes a choc shaker. We hope you'll give this product a try.

Hi, have you changed the Nescafe sachets in the Latte?
Last 2 boxes had a different taste, to the point of being I couldn't drink it, it tasted awful, also any chance of bringing back the Nescafe gold cappuccino sachets? I don't like your "new" cappuccino in the orange box. Am running out of coffee to drink because you keep discontinuing the ones I love. Appreciate any information. Thanks

They changed then in September 2022. I agree with you as l also find them undrinkable. Shame as prior to change they were great. I recently spoke to a nescafe employee in call centre and they told me there was no intention to change them back as apparently new flavour is what the public want.

Latte sachets have definitely changed I have complained but no answer it tastes like powdered milk with no or little coffee awful brought several boxes but they are all the same been buying it for years oh well this pensioner you have lost not happy

Bought Nescafe clasic satches and out of 3 packets, 2 is normal brown and one nearly black, why ?

Due to packaging supply constraints, some of our NESCAFÉ Café Creations range will be packed in our generic brown and white sachets that read "Creamy & Frothy Coffee". Please be assured, the contents inside the sachet will be the variety listed on the outer box and is still the same delicious coffee mix you know and love.

If you haven’t been totally satisfied with your coffee, please reach out on 1800 025 361 let us know the best before date and batch code from your coffee so that we can share this with our factory and make things right for you.

If the product really is Mocha, why does it say Mocha on the packet and Creamy and Frothy COFFEE on the sachets?
This stuff is rubbish. Wasted two packs just to see if we had one rogue one.
Do you have any idea what Mocha should be? The answer is - what it was before.

Hello, I want to express my disappointment that you have changed the recipe for the Nescafe Strong Cappuccino and this seems to have occurred when you changed the packaging design. The froth now barely exists and after a couple of mouth fulls disappears. The flavour is also a little odd as it tastes like the milk solid is a chemical or gone bad. I have noticed a few ingredients have changed & perhaps this is the reason why. Your TV ads are very misleading with a girl sitting with a cup that has a LOT of foam in it when in reality this isn't how your coffee is. I have been buying these sachets for many years & am a tad sad that the product has been changed. A couple of friends have noticed the same thing. My question is why? I purchased the Moccona this time and it had a better taste with foam that actually exists!!

However, depending on the climate and time of year, there can be small differences from batch to batch that some of our consumers may detect. During manufacturing, we try to deliver a consistent taste every time, but we can’t completely eliminate some natural variation. The ingredients are different. I have an old packet & a new one & some of the ingredients have changed.

Hi Shari, Any time we make a packaging change, we take the opportunity to update the ingredients and nutrition information which can result in more accurate values.

In the previous pack design we listed both “glucose syrup” and maltodextrin (corn)”. The maltodextrin is still there, however because it’s derived from “Glucose Syrup” we’ve simplified the ingredients list and removed the word maltodextrin.

We have been buying the Nescafe Skim Cappuccinos for years and loved them. Occasionaly we would get a box that wasn't good. Lately almost all boxes you buy you get 1/2 way through the coffee and the frothy top disappears and the coffee is terrible. Why? Has the recipe changed?

Has the recipe changed? I have been having 1 a day for years then this morning i opened a new box, it did not froth up and had an awful taste. Was in date too. I opened 2 more boxes to the same problem, im hesitant to buy more as my sister had the same issue.

I found on their fb that they changed the creamer in it. I am not happy either. I was offered compensation for the boxes i have to throw out though which was nice. Now im on the hunt for a new mocha satchet!

I’m bored by the limited range of flavours available ( sweetness and strength of straight cappuchino mix doesn’t count). I like the Salted Caramel and Butterscotch,
, which seem to have been discontinued. Hazelnut flavour is full but the Vanilla and Creme brûlée need a more intense flavour. Will you ever bring back Irish Creme, it’s my favourite. It seems my local Woolworths is not stocking Almond late, Coles has promoted it on tv.

I am so over the caramel latte as the taste changed months ago beyond any shadow of a doubt ‼ I tried the sugar free caramel and it was like drinking a bottle of maple syrup. I have bought the caramel latte ever since it hit the shelves, but never again. I believe nescafe have become not what they use to be and I don't buy any of their range anymore..

Please bring back Coconut Latte. I am lactose intolerant and like my flavoured coffee. Coconut Latte & Hazelnut Latte were the only flavours I could drink that do not cause my revolting lactose intolerance symptoms from occurring. You took away coconut and now I'm stuck with hazelnut. I am so sick of hazelnut, it's been months now. I miss my coconut latte. It is still available in UK & USA, so why not here in Australia? Please please please bring it back.

Yes please bring this permanently back. There have been quite a few of us who loved this flavour. There is too many cappuccino varieties. You could eliminate one of them to bring it back.

Just a quick question, has anybody else found like residue left at the bottom of the cup after making a cappuccino strong sachet? Hasn't happened once but numerous times and from different boxes. Just want to find out if I'm doing anything wrong.

Hmmm what kind of residue? Are you talking about undisolved mixture? This can happen, some of the thickeners and stabilisers can also leave a stronger film/residue compared to your standard "real" coffee. Hope this puts your mind at ease.

Is Nescafé Ever going to bring back the Nescafé Dark Choc Mocha Sachets?
I know they were a limited edition but they were my absolute favourite and the reason I started drinking Nescafé sachets I bought out the last 10-20 boxes before it ended but they didn’t last as long as I had hoped because they were so hard to resist.
I do Like the hazelnut latte, the cappuccino and the Mocha but Nothing compares to the Dark Choc Mocha sachets. PLEASE BRING BACK NESCAFÉ DARK CHOC MOCHA SACHETS!!!
