I have been disgusted that you took away the barista style smooth coffee in the can. The new Nescafe gold is dish water. You have a great coffee and you discontinue. We will now change brands. thanks for nothing.

Since Barista grounds have been added I have not enjoyed 1 cup of coffee. I have been drinking Nescafe Gold original for years but not anymore, emptied last half of big jar into the rubbish bin.

this messy dirt that you are now offering is tasteless, dreadful to look at, stains the cups so bad (can only imagine what my insides must look like now). .... and the back label says contains 3% coffee ??? what is that about ???
My favourite coffee was nescafe gold level 3 ... now ... my extreme least favourite coffee is nescafe gold level 3 ....

I've never written a product review before but this awful coffee compelled me to sign up to Product Review today specifically to express my extreme disappointment with the new blend of Nescafe Gold Smooth coffee. What used to be a smooth, aromatic coffee is now a gritty, bitter sludge. I can't believe Nestle has butchered the best instant coffee that was on the market and turned it into one of the worst, especially for the price. Shame on you Nestle. There's no excuse for this terrible mistake.

The new packaging is hiding the change of recipe in the smooth blend. Obviously a cheaper product with bitter aftertaste and metallic aroma. yuk!!

Why on earth would you change a lovely tasting coffee into something that tastes alien to coffee. All I can taste is chemicals with a bitterness. Don’t look forward to a cup of coffee anymore.

What's happened to the barista range in the cute can - it actually tasted like coffee. This new jar gold is tasteless, we have tried each blend and are so very disappointed. Shall now try another brand entirely.

After the disastrous decision by Nescafe to discontinue the best coffee - Barista style - the supposed alternative arrived. Thinking that the new "smooth" would be like the old Smooth Barista Style I handed over my hard earned cash for what turned out to just be a badly flavoured water colouring. It looks the same but there is absolutely no flavour. Thank goodness I didn't buy the big jar. Shame, Nescafe, shame!

The only coffee I can drink without milk and sugar! So smooth, and soo addicting!

Got used to drinking barista smooth which everyone complained about (dregs and flavour), could only drink it though with a half pod of coffee mate hazelnut or vanilla flavouring). So, bought two jars of this gold smooth on special and first thing that's wrong is there's no coffee aroma on opening, second is it smells chemical like and thirdly, what a horrible / disgusting taste. Jar looks promising but the coffee is a 0/5 ... must text family that use barista too to warn them not to go getting this, try something, anything else but this!! I think with a receipt, Coles will refund. Who keeps their receipts??

So very upset alongside all other customers. Our family is changing to a different brand of coffee. No warning! No reason? I’ll always be looking out for the original Nescafé gold smooth or similar! Perfect time for someone else to step in a clean up!

One of the first premium instant coffees that i thoroughly enjoy the taste of! Didn’t curdle with my hot frothy soy milk either.

For me, the Nescafé Gold Smooth blend is perfection in a cup! It’s so easy to drink and I love that it’s smooth and just that little bit creamy. I enjoy mild coffees, so with a spoon of sugar and a splash of milk, this blend the one for me! Love the new packaging too!

I can’t start my day without this. A smooth, mild flavour that I enjoy throughout the day.

Omg!! Love The Creaminess of this coffee and it doesn’t leave a bitter taste in your mouth. I would definitely buy this again.

Have been buying this coffee for years, new formula is bitter, terrible tasting, wont buy again, looks like you have lost another customer.
