I've ordered from them several times before and never had an issue, but the past 2 times the order communication was poor (no emails saying the order had been processed or shipped) and my most recent order arrived with the packaging torn apart (as if someone had tried to open it) and photos inside were bent to the point they got creased. I'm disappointed since they were wedding photos we intended to hang up on our wall :( and the creases can be seen when light shines on the photos. I believe they must've delivered to wrong address/someone opened it and returned them to the company who then re-shipped it to me in a ziplock plastic bag without reprinting the photos brand new.

After a total fail from Snapfish I researched online to see what online printing companies were recommended by people. I came across an article by fatslimum who tested a range of companies and Nushots was one of them. I ordered a variety of prints and chose to try out their metallic prints. I was pretty happy, the metallic was definitely noticeable and Id buy that again. It was slightly more expensive than the normal paper. My color photos came out well.

Postage was around $13 I think which I thought was overpriced. And it means that you cant order small orders frequently. The postage cost is why I gave it 3 starts. otherwise it would have got 4.

Big disappointment after reading so many good reviews about Nushots. The prints were for my son's 1st birthday and we're going away tomorrow without the prints :(((((((. 15 days (3 working weeks!!!) passed since order was placed but no sign of order. No return calls or emails for my query where my order is. At day 10, some guy FINALLY picked up the phone and told me I'd get the prints next day but nothing showed up. Bad, bad, bad service.

I am associated with a professional only photography lab but the costs and lead times are outrageous and I needed something ASAP. This led me to find NuShots. All I can say is, impressive!

When I received my clients prints back I was extremely pleased with the quality that I had my own wedding prints done here too.

They always have some kind of discount and have very quick turnaround. The packaging it was shipped in was great and I had no damage. The online ordering tool is a little clunky but pretty easy to figure out.

Overall, I would recommend you give NuShots a go and experience it for yourself. I will go nowhere else now.
