Purchased a pre-workout from the Underwood Store, when I opened the tub the powder was set like cement even though the product was still in date. I took the pre-workout back to the store and they refused to exchange the product or refund the money(they said its company policy to send the product back to the manufacturer for a credit before they can issue a refund, have passed this onto the Fair Trades Office as the book stops with the retailer for me and they sold me the faulty product.

I was cautious on reading some reviews here, I've been looking around the web for somewhere to buy Herbs of Gold tablets that can be difficult to find in stores (so many local ones are usually out of stock). But given they had actual stores I could call I tried and had the tablets delivered within two days. So very prompt service and even after paying postage, much cheaper than the usual price from the stores. Would order again.
Fast service & inexpensive

I went to the shop at Greenslopes in Brisbane. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed as I am sort of new to this supplement thing. The Manager (I am guessing this person was the the Manager because they were the only one in the store, so I guess that makes them Manager in my book), was very helpful. She had to juggle answering all my questions with serving other people who were coming in. She gave me a free shaker, which I thought nothing of but it actually turned out to be really good. I have checked out the prices in other stores comparing what I paid and I think the were pretty good. I will go back there. Good service is getting pretty rare.

Price was unreasonably high at store than online price . I will recommend not go at any outlets of nutrition ware house as they have very doggy prices.

Wow what a massive Superstore every brand every product Nutrtion Warehouse lives up the it's Name.
Service and knowledge is outstanding.
Prices overall best around.
I spend $75 and received FREE t-shirt and Rewards card were I get extra discount next visit.
Definetly worth a look.
It's a little sneaky to find but next to Jett's Gym Victoria Ave Castle Hill.

When to the sydney store it was in the middle of no where and no one in there it was dead i always go to vitamin king and it rocks like no tomorrow have to wait in a line all the time when we go that's where i normally go to buy my stuff and when to nutrition warehouse to see whats it all about what a waste of petrol never again had some protein called genetic never heard it in my life more like no frills and oxy lite in powder and said it was the same and it was nothing like it what a rip I'm sticking with vitamin king

I ordered some protein supplements from Nutrition Warehouse on Wednesday and then received it the following Monday. I was very impressed as I'm situated in a very rural part of Australia. Overall experience was excellent, and will definitely be ordering from them again.
