Even get freebies now and then... when i've had the chance to go into the shop always been greeted nicely and never been pushed into anything, infact i've always gone in there unsure what to buy and always get great advice and offered a range of products of all brands...

No issues with ordering online, great products to choose from, easy to navigate and find products. Overall great service online. Fast delivery.

Went into the Browns Plains store today with only 5 minutes until the store was closing.
Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his products and gave me awesome service.
Will definitely be heading back in to buy from him and wont be buying online anymore.

Been buying my protein powder for the past 12 months, no complaints so far. Every delivery has been delivered and with the one time being late due to courier error.

I ordered the whey protein, bcaas, casein and got a free meal prep bag with it. Excellent next day delivery, everything was neatly packaged and I will definitely be ordering online from them again.

I went one of their store in Alexandra headland. First they gave me wrong protein . I came back home with it . Next morning I made my mind to go back nd return the product to them. I asked for refund because they already loosen my trust . The staff was reallly unfriendly, rude to me. They were not willing to give me money back even the product was packed and sealed in same condition. Finally when I ask for their return policy he gave me money back . I will never ever go back to them.

Bought 3 kg whey protein online at around 8.30 am and received the delivery at my door by 2.30 pm same day. Will definitely be using them again.

Went to the Underwood Nutrition Warehouse to buy my favourite protein powder. They didn't have it, so they tried to sell me something else. He talked up this other powder putting facts and figures into it. Got it home, took one scoop and yuk tasted like crap, made me feel sick. I've got 4 kilos of this crap to try and get thru. Would love to exchange for my normal powder. What's your policy on returns or exchanges?

Order my products on a Wednesday, this Wednesday coming will be 2 weeks, still haven't received my product yet. I saw the promise of same day dispatch, and you'd think you would get a product 2 or 3 days later but the company is a joke. Refuse to buy from them online again.

I purchased a pre workout which was delivered within 2 business days! When I opened the pre workout I realised that it was hard and in big clumps! I emailed them and received a response the same day advising me they checked the other ones in the brand and flavour and they have the same issue. They sent me out a replacement and few free samples also a reply paid enveolope to return the faulty product all within a few days. Bexcellent customer service would shop here again!

The delivery is speedy. I order and it is always next day delivery and the company has a large range and it is lot cheaper than the shops.

I recently started going to the new store in coburg. Staff there are very knowledgeable. Extremely nice amd always prepared to spend time answering any questions I have. Great people great service great prices.

I have been buying from these guys online sometimes and never had a an issue until last week. I received an SNI protein which foamed up excessively and was maybe a bad batch. I contacted a customer service employee called Myles who was very understanding. He immediately asked if I would prefer another product and I replied with a product that was an extra $20 which I made clear I was happy to pay the difference. Not only have they sent out the product, they told me know to worry about the price difference this time, and will send me an Aus Post slip so I can return the original product at no extra cost to me! Very impressed and will continue to buy from here :)

Seeing the post below about pre-workout makes me think! Where are you guy buying from? Why is it that every single tub of pre-workout i have bought off "NUTRITION WAREHOUSE" has had moisture in it, prior to opening? Seems like a scam to me considering the return policy you guys have???

I have been an occasional customer for about the last 2 years and never had the slightest problem.
Today I purchased a 2.8kg tub of 100% Whey Protein by Balance Nutrition for $99, with it I received a free shaker cup and cooler bag ($59rrp). This is great value when compared to other online retailers who charge up to $129 just for the protein. I frequently compare their pricing to other stores and they are almost always the cheapest.
Not only was my purchase good value for money it was delivered extremely quick.
I placed my order at 8am and had received it by 2pm the sam day.
I can't recommend shopping online at Nutrition Warehouse highly enough.

Their prices are way too high, Also the staff are not so helpful. I would suggest anyone considering buying instore to shop around to find better deals. I find online retailers sell same item $15 less than what they in nutrition warehouse, I paid high in the beginning, But now I learned to shop smart!!!
