I purchased this product full of hope that it would be easy to use and effective, giving my wooden furniture a nice polish and shine. All it did was leave smears and a waxy, oily residue that no amount of buffing would remove. Don't waste your money on the product or you time contacting Customer Service as you won't get a response which shows how much they don't care.

They did eventually reply to me and I had to supply them with photos of the problem. They said they would send me some of their 'orange product' to correct the problem, but surprise, surprise, I didn't receive anything from them!
