It is free which is it's best and worst feature. If people paid they would be more considerate. So the main problem is this. I have met the same people on zoosk and interacted with them while on oasis they rejected all attempts at contact. That is the difference.

I received information from an insider who told me that "oasis active" is nothing but a mirage.
There's no customer service and they bombard you with stupid ads of "betting apps" and other garbage.Theres no thing free about it.Contacts are completely unresponsive and the amount of idiots there is just disgusting!

After reading the reviews, decided to give a try at least there is no financial risk. Definitely you get what you paid for. Not sure whether with pigeons the communication would be faster than it is on the site. Still try to stick with it at least for a couple of days before I really get the crap with its primitiveness and get the hell out of it. Looking for 50 mls of Sydney suburb, first like a small distance of about 12500 klms from the US. Not impressed so far.

I didn't find love on there, but I found it somewhere else. But while I used Oasis, I found a lot of people just wanted to waste my time. And even if you specified a gender for friendship, they did not take that hint. eg, female for romance, male for friendship, etc. I had a few guys get annoyed at me for not replying right away. The site wasn't very mobile friendly, and I didn't have a computer at the time. So when I next logged in, I was met with abuse from desperate weirdos who didn't get their ego boost exactly when they wanted it. Although, this isn't a reflection of the website so much as a reflection on those who didn't use their brains. Anyway, use this site with caution and low expectations.

I chose that site because it was option to be free member. I was on other sites and they do worst job but empty your credit card.

Found my husband on here for the past four years. Met up with a lot of woman and lied about everything about him. His name was redbull many woman suspected he was married but were too dumb to put two and two together. This site is full of sleazy people.

I was only on oasis a short time and yes there are some crazy people on there but after a few days I starting talking to my now partner and thanks to oasis or we would never have met! Not only is he my best friend he's my beautiful loving partner...so Thankyou Oasis

I have been on oasis on/off a few times over recent years and every single one has old out dated profiles which i don't think are even real.
It's the place to go to do fake profiles and try to scam people.
I have taken two serious connections from here to further develop a potential relationship, both times have been elaborate stories with empty promises....omg you would not believe the extend they went to with their stories.
I was shattered both times.
