Nice camera with one design flaw
Was a beautiful camera to use for quite a few years. The battery started failing which was understandable. Lots of options for the amateur or the pro to capture the perfect shot. Got some great memories with this camera until the fatal flaw showed it self. The viewing screen is able to rotate 360 degrees with nothing to stop it or suggestion it should not be twisted the same way each time. Unfortunately the internals connection is made via a ribbon cable which is being twisted each time the screen is rotated for viewing. The cable twists until ...
Read moreit either tears or rips the connection from the internal circuits and leaves no option to view the settings and review images. The store it was purchased from gave no option for parts or service and suggested we find another private repairer to potentially help find parts for repair.Purchased in for $1,500.

Fantastic Mirrorless camera
If you're looking for a great camera that does it all look no further than the OM-D EM-5 MII. This camera is a micro 4/3 meaning the body is smaller and lighter than a traditional DSLR. High quality sensor gives great quality shots. I've had this camera for 18 months. Family and friends ask me what camera I use after they've seen the quality of shots that are achievable on this. I'm by no means a professuonal photographer just a very occassional enthusiast.
