Optimum Electric Mandoline Slicer

Efficient and Practical
It’s important to follow the instructions and pictures to set up this Electric Mandoline. That’s the hardest part. After a few uses it gets easier.
I am quite clumsy using knives so for me this machine is much safer and quicker to slice and dice.
Now we have vegetables that are cut to the same size which saves energy. Our Raw/Salad vegetables look professional and make easier eating. I also found I waste less which means I buy less.
A good addition to my kitchen.

mandolin electric slicer dicer piece of crap
hi i just want to say that your electic mondolin slicer is a piece of rubbish and broke down the first time i tried to use it a spring fell out and then bits fell out of the undercarriage of the motor just like the other reviewer. this is ridiculous and bad quality. i am so glad that you gave this to me for free due to another product failing but seems i didnt really get any good customer faith as it has broken down.

Broken Slicer
I have only used my Electric Mandoline Slicer twice and its now not working, something made a banging noise, and the slice motor is now rattling. There are springs in the bottom of it motor where the 2 rubber seals things are and a 2 pieces of plastic seam to be broken. I am considering buying this appliance but I need an adjustable slicing blade - does it have more than one thickness of slices changed by turning a knob or something like the manual ones do. Thanks.

hi from memory you have to change blades to get different thickness. i would not reccomend this one as it broke on me after first use.
