Bollywood movies
Optus perks advertises $11 tickets but what it does not say that it's not available for Indian movies....only for Hollywood and Australian films. If that's not discrimination I don't know what is. I wrote to the customer service team on 24th of June querying this...got a std response about how my email is important to them and that they will respond in 1 day....needless to say...many days later I still have not heard from them. Clearly my email is important to them

Got Pizza Code, code didn't work at Dominos
Got Pizza Code, Code wouldn't work at dominos, and no one answered calls to try and work it out. Planned pizza dinner with friends and kids had to have chicken n chips instead, major letdown

Waste of time
The movie deal is only available at unpopular cinemas that cost twice as much. If I used it I'd literally be paying the same price to watch on a smaller screen in less comfortable seats.

Great movie tickets
Have saved an absolute fortune by using Optus Perks Hoyts tickets. $11.50 for a ticket to a regular movie. No booking fee online. Sure beats paying $21.50 + online booking fee. And cheaper than Hoyts vouchers. With the money saved on movie tickets alone each month, it pays for our internet service at home.

Waste of time
Optus Perks is a waste of time. This is the FOURTH time now since they released it I have tried to use it and the FOURTH time I haven't been able too because they can't get there stuff together. I've been an optus member for three years now and with the service they keep giving, don't think I will to much longer.

What a joke
Customer service out of the window.
Had a problem.
I went into a retail store told the person my problem, I was told this is retail only you will have to speak to someone in customer service I then was given a phone.
Spoke to someone over seas there English was very bad then I got cut off.
This happen about four times and took over 30mins problem now fixed.

Optus PERKS are a lott of rubbish.
Optus are a disgrace. They have mailed me a PERKS $20 Westfield Gift Card but I have to register first. After 2 hours and speaking to ten Optus people nothing has happened. One lass from Sydney said they no longer send these cards out. Amazing.
Optus you are a disgrace.
There is no score low enough for your service. I can't wait to cancel my phone and broadband accounts.

Ive been a customer for quite a while and USED to get $10 movie tickets with the old system BUT NOW THIS NEW SYSTEM "SUCKS" Ive been trying to access this so called OPTUS PERKS system it wont let. Me in to make matters worse none of these optus idiots can fix the problems THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO? im changing to Telstra in Oct 2016 when this contract runs out? DONT GO A.WITH OPTUS ALLS OK TILL SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

What a terrible company full of lie's and SCAMS, sick of dodge E-mails that are not filtered, no coverage for hours a day sometimes for days on end, pre paid customers be warned this includes Virgin as well as it is owned by Optus. There is no rewards for choosing or using this service, when you ring other Optus phones it is meant to be free however you need to have used a $30 recharge or above not "the add on's" but the company have said a $30 recharge will also "roll over your credit" what this actually means is only your left over data is ro...Read more
lled over NOT the rest! I have been complaining now for 2 years to Optus but it is obvious that they are only here to scam your money. In fact Optus has spent nothing in upgrading its network to maintain a quality service to its customers and to put it simple love miss leading all of their customers. So next time you have a problem with service issues of the money that is not there in your pre paid account know Optus don't give a crap!!! Delay in sending evoucher!
This service used to be so good to 'reward' their Optus customers! Paid and immediately would get the discount Hoyts voucher straight away in the email even on the weekend. Lately I purchased it on a Saturday and did not even get the voucher until I email them on Monday afternoon demanding where my voucher was! Even thought I have received their immediately saying payment was approved on my credit card. So I missed out on my movie on the weekend! And then I went to purchase more on a weekday, thinking surely someone must be at work to proc...Read more
ess something! And no, after 3 days I still have not received my evoucher! Surely even a cheque would have been banked by now let alone a credit card transaction that they have approved straight away! So much for rewarding their customer!!!
