My mother is able to hear a lot better on the phone

I can see a real difference with my mother hearing everyone on the phone. Beforehand, we would constantly ask her to repeat what she had said. She can also hear us. It was so frustrating. Such a big difference.

Great product, just right for my mother.

Adjustable ring volume and big buttons makes it easier for mum to operate the phone. She is in a wheelchair and mobility is a factor so it's great with the easy to use functionality of the phone.

Purchased in June 2020 at The CPAP Clinic Physical store for $100.

Suits me with poor eyesight and hearing

Good ringing tone, easy dialling numbers, answers and records missed calls. i can hear caller fairly clearly but not perfectly. maybe because of WIFI connection. Better than previous phone. Does not answer or record incoming calls.

Excellent for the elderly

I purchased this phone for my dad in the nursing home, he was unable to use a Telstra phone but now he is very good with his Oricom, would recommend it to anyone who has trouble with thier network phone.

Good but could be improved

Surprised to find that it did not include a Speaker Phone option given that it already had the speaker (as virtually all phones do). Very good with lots of great features for both hearing and sight impaired users. Thought that they could do a lot better with the mechanism (flimsy) for keeping the handset in place when not in use when it is wall mounted.

Purchased in June 2020 at Oricom for $90.

It's an improvement on dad's old phone

I bought this because dad is pretty deaf and doesn't see well. Plus he often left his old phone off the hook by accident. Not sure if it is user error, but sometimes he can hear well on it, other times he can't. The bigger buttons are a plus. And he never leaves it off the hook anymore, which is a relief. Glad I bought it for him.
