Very easy for my elderly aunt to use

published

This is a great product. You can pre program phone numbers (and insert photos) of people you call often into the six large buttons at top of phone. So easy for elderly, or people with diminished sight, to use. I required assistance from customer support today and they were extremely helpful.

That is disappointing. There appear to be few option for elderly people in residential care who are not able to connect to a landline and adre unable to use mobile phones and tablets. We have to do better than this. SIM card home phones are needed.

We have an care80 phone which had several numbers stored in memory. We want to remove all numbers from memory before donating to an oppshop. The phone was unplugged for 2 weeks and still had the numbers.

Hi Mike, thanks for the message. Unfortunately you cannot delete the numbers, you will instead need to overwrite them.

Storing One-touch Memories
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press STORE button.
3. Enter the telephone number to be stored (up to 22 digits). Press STORE button.
4. Press either M1-M6 to store the number

All the best, Oricom
