How do I get my 2 Optional Handsets SS E07 to work with my existing SS E45 +1. I have put batteries in fully charged, plugged in but they are not registering.

Purchased in March 2021 at Harvey Norman.

On uniden sse45 and nbn, two callers on landlines cannot call in. They get constant ringing without going to answering service, or get silence.
Both callers are from medical practices so may have their own internal set up.
Other callers incoming are ok and we have no problems ringing out.
Any suggestions.
