I am very happy with the product, its the only carpet stain remover that actually works. I have used it on many stains (fresh ones) and they are completely removed, including red nail polish.

For a science experiment, I tested 3 carpet cleaners. Oz Clean carpet power performed the worst, the stain remained the same it was very odd considering it was the most expensive product I bought to test.

Bought it because it said it was the best. Used it once and poured the rest of the bottle down the sink.
Absolutely useless. Left a huge residue stain.
Went over it the next day with good old Preen and got the rest of the stain out.
Definitely doesn't live up to the reputation given to it.

It said, voted no 1 stain remover on a current affair. All this product did was made the mark even bigger on the carpet. Other brands actually work, this didn't for me. Also the fragrance isn't very nice on the nose.

Same experience as CAB and Hope Moore. I wish I'd read their reviews first. I looked for the fine print that reads "does exactly the opposite of what the label claims" but they must have forgotten to print that part.

My adult daughter and husband decided to spot clean my oatmeal coloured pure wool carpet.
When I returned home hours later I thought there were still damp patches which would dry out, alas more than a week later and with central heating going the patches are still there.
I would email the manufacturers if I had and email address and ask for advice.
But instead I have arranged to have the professional cleaners come in and try to make good the damage.

I have a naughty toddler and two dogs- carpet power has always removed everything they have thrown at me- including red lipstick on cream carpet!
I have tried other brands but this is the best spot cleaner out there. Great on any fabric I also use it to spot clean the lounge and my jeans too :)
It didn't work on removing some old stubborn dirt stains but then again nothing but professional steam cleaning would of removed them!

This product is a perfect example of why you should test patch first!
I stupidly decided to have a go at all the little marks and scuffs left behind on our cream carpet by my kids in the hallway/entrance area.
Followed instructions and initially things looked ok.
However the end result was half a dozen even worse stains than what I started off with!
This product has left a pink tinged waterline around each of the stains, and left the stains twice the size. If I could attach photos I would.
I am going to have to call a professional in and hope like hell they can clean this mess up. Our entrance area is embarrassing and an eye sore, thanks Carpet Power...
Never again.

I have never taken the time to write a review before but after using the product, I am so amazed with the results - I just had to rave to someone about it. Carpet Power removed a stain in my carpet that nothing else could remove. I tried everything from home remedies to other products and Carpet Power was the only one that worked. Highly recommended!
That it worked

Horrible product. Stained my carpet. I had three puppy pee stains. I used the product according to directions on one pee stain. I used soapy water on the other two. The soapy water worked! Carpet Power didn't work and left a bigger stain! Hopefully a professional carpet cleaner can fix it, which will cost me $70. Don't buy it. Woolworths should remove it from its shelves!

I used this product twice once in a rented property and now in my new home, it stained the carpet both times. In addition, trying to talk to someone about it was just as hard as trying to get the stains out that the product created…..don’t buy this product

I found this product removed stains that have been in the carpet for years. I am really impressed! It's easy to use and has a nice fragrance. I also found it amazing on the car upholstery. The only fault is that I can't seem to find it anywhere. Highly recommended!
